The guy working the front hung up on me when I tried to call the store. No explanation, it was very rude and frustrating.
No bicycles allowed in the store, with no bike rack available for customers? I rode 4 miles to patronage this location, and was... greeted with sprinklers(where I found a street pole to lock my bike to)? I understand this area is rough , but why would youtake our money and set regulations that are putting our positions at risk? Read more
Typical 7-Eleven convenience store. I usually get fountain drinks from here because they have the older machines that don't mix... the flavors together. They provided fast, convenient service. Read more
These folks are always friendly, and if they aren't serving you it's because they're backed up with a million customers while... simultaneously acknowledging your existence to let you know they "got you" as soon as they can. Always clean, and at in point intime I notice there's no pizza someone is asking "should I make another pizza?" Lol Read more
Cashier helping me started looking at someone's phone (the customers next to me) while checking me out for gas?. The card reader... outside was not taking my card for some reason. Then she had the nerve to shake her head as if I was doing something wrong whileshe proceeded to talk to the customers next to me? Waited over 5min in line with customers standing WAY too close behind me (onehinted it was funny I was wearing a mask so I am assuming they were taunting me). Will not be coming back regardless ofproximity from me. Quite disgusted with everyone's behavior in there. Read more
Do not patronize this place! Employees could care less about customers. Employees never wear a mask even though it's a state... mandate. So in turn most of their customers don't wear a mask. I for one am tired of seeing this, so i will take the ball andreport them to the state health department. Well see how their employees like the $1000.00 dollar fines! Read more
The only reason I'm giving this store more than one star is that it was very clean and orderly. I would suggest better training... for their cashiers though as I was just left at the register without a word. After waiting in line behind half a dozen otherpeople, I was the LAST PERSON in this girl's line and she just walks away. She just leaves me there holding my money. I had togo to another cashier to get rang out bc after watching her buzz around the other end of the counter, it was obvious customersaren't a priority for her. If I'd had the time to stop anywhere else this morning, I'd have left everything right there. Read more
It?s amazing how selective these guys are on carding some customers and not others. Sad really. That person in front of me... easily passed for 13 years old. Someone should really call the cops of the manager here. Bad for the community? update, ifyou?re not bald you need to show ID, dropped in today to give you another chance.
