I rarely post negative reviews, but feel I must this time. We've been to Georgia boys 8 or 10 times over the years, and not... once have we had a good meal. I convinced my wife to try again, since we've not been there in several years, and the guys at mywork rave about it. Long story short, the brisket was inedible, pulled pork not much better. Very dry, which is typical of myexperiences there. My recommendation is that the general manager should take the entire staff to smokin Dave's in Longmont andlearn to do everything like they do. Their brisket melts in your mouth, it's unreal. I won't be back, it's worth the extra 10min drive to go to Dave's. Read more

Nice outdoor seating area and menu with wide variety of meats and sides. Tried the salad in an attempt to be less carb happy. ... ???? everything tasted delicious and well prepared. Nice small city spot to stop for delicious food, beer and whiskeydrinks. Read more
Great fall off the bones ribs. The sauces were good too. The staff was very attentive and nice. Nice ambiance as well.
Great BBQ, loved the choices in sauce. My husband loved the ghost pepper sauce.
This was my 3rd visit to this location. Consistent and familiar BBQ staples are on the menu (I would recommend the Brisket burnt... ends and the pulled pork) portions are hearty and fairly priced. There are some nice variations on the Sandwich Menu. Thesandwiches make sense without being to silly, and the outcomes solid. If you dine in, there are several house sauces on thetable to experiment with. (Note: nothing comes sauced on the plate.) Lots of classic southern sides to choose from. Although inmy experience they were a little hit or miss. Cocktail menu is reasonably priced with some unique offerings. Great staff withpolite, fast and accurate service. Read more
I'm new to this area and had no expectations for this spot. What a treat!!! There are so many variations of bbq and... complimentary sides. Don't underestimate the cocktails either! Delicious! I really like the outdoor dining option when theweather is nice. Read more
I started with the sweet jalapeno cornbread, which comes with butter and honey. It's listed as a side but I chose to have it as... an appetizer and that turned out to be a very good idea. Then, I ordered the beef brisket and pork ribs. The brisket was good,with moderate smoke flavor, tender, and lean as I asked. I know that I sacrifice moisture when I do this but I'm cool with it.The ribs were well-cooked and featured a nice glaze, free from sauce, with plenty of meat and again, a moderate amount ofsmoke. For my sides, I enjoyed the barbecue beans that also have a few small pieces of meat (always an excellent idea) and thepotato salad. Happily, the pieces of celery were unnoticeable and the mustard and mayo seem to be just the right amount. Personally, I prefer smaller chunks of potato and some amount of mashed between the chunks. But the flavor is there and that'sthe main thing. Significantly, they feature several sauces on the table, which is ALWAYS a big hit with me. I love having thatautonomy and the options. Their sauces are excellent. The ghost pepper sauce lives up to it's reputation as hot. But my moneywas on the sweet BBQ sauce and the (SC style) mustard BBQ sauce. These two stole the show for me.
