Done with this place. I don't know what it is but any of the local places we try to support end up messing up so many times we... just stop giving them business and Santiago's is no different. The past several times our order is wrong and the food is justnot that good. One time there was kind of an expensive mistake so I wanted to be refunded for it. The manager couldn't justapologize and issue the refund, we went back and forth for several days via email. Very unprofessional and a weird way to dobusiness. This was only the 3rd time I've been to this location and it was the same experience, food ratio of ingredients is off where you... mostly taste the eggs and not the chili or whatever meat of the day is being offered. The burritos tend to be smaller than mostlocations even if just a tad this last time. This last visit had breakfast burritos but the very 1st time the supreme burritowas quite tiny. Read more
Ordered online thinking they wouldn?t get the order wrong. Boy was I wrong. Ordered beef and been deluxe and beef with extra... cheese inside deluxe. Got 2 beans with cheese inside one and the taste was horrible. Second time this happened. Should havelearned the first time. Won?t be going back. Yuck Read more
I had hold my self from leaving a review of this place for bad experiences in the past mostly on getting the order wrong or food... with excessive amount of lard, so I hadn?t been there in awhile. This time was on price confusion for ham breakfast burritosthat I ended up not taking at the window and change it for that day?s meat (I understand that must?ve been frustrating, but noneed for the rest), while I was paying for it the cashier yelled at another staff member about not offering another meat optionwhen asked next time, all so I can hear that part, but I was also hearing the back staff were talking smack in Spanish, beingsarcastic, maybe they didn?t know I could understand what they were saying or maybe they didn?t care. The best breakfast burritos in Northern Colorado. Each day offers a different variety of breakfast meats. You can eat inside or... go through the drive up. Of course, the line at the drive up window will be extensive but don't let it scare you off. It movesreally fast. Lastly, Santiago's has continually been rated one of the top Mexican restaurants, or top breakfast burritos in theregion for years. Santiago's cannot be beat. Read more
Food is really good and the green Chile chili is amazing. Customer service at this location is horrible. They are terse and act... like they?re too cool to be nice. Never do call ahead, they won?t start your order until you arrive to pick it up, this hashappened to me all 3 times I did call ahead. Read more
the ladies at the drive thru are consistently rude. my order is always messed up. i ordered a large mountain dew tonight and she... tried to hand me a half full LARGE drink. i let her know it wasn?t full all the way and she was incredibly rude about it. whenshe handed me my drink and food i told her thank you so much and she slammed the drive thru window in my face. makes me sadcause this used to be the best place in town and now the customer service is horrible.
