Giving 5 stars specifically for the staff. They are always friendly, kind, and outgoing. They make a personal connection... especially with their regulars. Clarissa, Sam, Mia, Trinity & Caleb are wonderful. I do believe Ziggis could improve on theircoffee roasts but the staff is spectacular. Read more
Nothing like paying $7 for a latte with no foam.... this place is more expensive than starbucks and has the tip ipads, to tip... the person for handing me my coffee. Read more
Well this used to be my favorite and I was a usual but since having a disagreement with this location they now purposely make it... horrible when they hear my name!! It's sad and disappointing!! Today was the worse taste and I can't even take it back to avoidconfrontation!! Read more
Love Ziggi's coffee but two weeks ago my hubby took me to get a coffee. We had to get a cup holder because we bought four... coffees. The employees didn't securely put the cups in the holder and all 4 coffees ended up in my lap. Thank goodness I didn'tget severe burns, no hospital trip. But still took my thighs a good week to feel better. Lesson learned, I will check how securethe cups are in the cup holder next time. This is why this shop only gets 2 stars from me Read more
This is the best thing! I like Starbucks don't get me wrong but ziggies offer more of a family friendly atmosphere with their... staff and how they handle their business. The menu is great and offers so many things and more than just coffee. My favorite isthe peanut butter mocha! The staff is always smiling and sends to have fun which is refreshing to see. Read more
I didn?t think this was actually here until I went looking for it! But it?s there, and it?s new! The man taking the order in the... drive through sounded very calm and nice, which is always nice early in the morning, and the women at the window also energeticand kind. Drinks reasonably priced, two medium drink (iced tea and coffee) around $7 with tip and tax. It?s nice to not have tocross I-25 to get coffee now, if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods. I hate to complain but I just cannot get over the mentality of the kids working here. I first say, ?this drink order will be... sugar free.? I order, then when I get to the window the girl says, ?do you want sugar free peanut butter syrup?? After I triedto figure out what to say, I said ?no, this drink is all sugar free.?
