Always, always have issues at this B&R! Unfriendly staff who seem like we're inconveniencing them. 1. Out of product, last two... times we went they were out of Mint Chocolate Chip! w/in a two week span. 2. I was advised to not get my son's Rainbow Sherbeton a cone, she told me it would fall off and wanted to put it in a cup. We got it on a cone (as we always do) and it was fine,as per usual. 3. The regular scoops were airy and light and small. I just feel like it's always something at this store. Read more
