Our server Josh was so kind and welcoming! This was our first visit for my birthday and it was so delightful! We had amazing... beef and ginger potstickers. Everything was so evenly cooked. Medium rare steak, excellent crusting and vegetables weredelicious. Josh had perfect timing for our dishes being brought out and even gave me a brownie and ice cream to-go as a birthdaygift! Wonderful table settings, first time visiting guarantees our return!! Would recommend! Read more

We stopped at the Bonefish Grill in Frederick Maryland on our way home. This is the first time we've ever been to this... restaurant. We had an excellent server named Adan. They had a special of $42 for two people that included an entre, salad, 2sides and dessert for each person. My wife and I had the Mahi Mahi that was thick and delicious. My daughter had a hamburgerand fries. I forgot to take pictures of the Mahi Mahi. Great place. Read more

July 14, 2022 - Times are changing for restaurant chains . . . like Bonefish ! The lines were out the door when this location... opened in Frederick about 13 or so years ago. Our 7 member party ( 3 generations) we?re seated quickly last night, with anexcellent server Adam who treated our little Grandson like a Prince! His cup of milk arrived before our signature cocktails! (Winter cranberry martini, blackberry summer sangria, two rum fruit punch . . . Yummy) The dining room wasn?t packed, but busy! I noticed little changes in the quality of food, but overall tasty seafood entrees all around from the Salmon to Chilean SeaBass. Our older grandchild liked his artichoke hearts & spinach over chicken in a white sauce. ( Lilly Chicken) My daughterliked her Tuna Poke Bowl with sticky rice & veggies in a pineapple glaze! My daughter -in-law enjoyed her pork chop & broccolientree. Our 2 year old grandson smiled when his shrimp poppers & French fries arrived! ???? The original owners Tim Curci &Chris Parker?s vision of Bonefish appealed to those seeking a quality dining experience that featured good seafood, andhandcrafted signature cocktails in a big city style bar and modern restaurant with attentive service! Certain trends can take atoll on that ? vision?. *Bloomin? Brands Inc. purchased Bonefish * Now 183 Bonefish locations * Also own Carrabba?s ItalianGrill *Own Fleming Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar *Scaled menu items down *Local fish more expensive (go overseas) *Shrimp sizesmaller , as prices increase *Sauces tend to hide true flavors of seafood *Prices determine smaller portions *Patrons wantfaster service, quality ?? *Restaurants add entertainment ( tv, games ) *Patrons seek cheaper prices, quality ?? Overall, Igive Frederick?s Bonefish a 4.5 rating . . . The service is still excellent, the seafood quality is OK , and the signaturecocktails are very good. Honestly, I see some of these trends in our Maine seafood restaurant establishments . Read more

For being a chain restaurant, this is honestly one of the better ones you could possibly patronize. We ordered the famous bang... bang shrimp. Lovely texture and flavors all around. I had the grilled mahi mahi (the chicken of the sea!) and my husband hadthe Chilean Sea Bass. We both preferred my mahi mahi more. Then we ordered their raspberry brownie with ice cream. It was anice way to end our meal but almost too much food. I wasn?t a fan of the creamed spinach. Our waiter was attentive and apretty positive person in general to be waited on. But next time, I?m thinking the bang bang shrimp tacos are the way togo! Definitely on the more expensive side, but way better than Red Lobster. Read more

We dined here for our anniversary dinner tonight. The restaurant had an upscale vibe for being a chain restaurant. It was very... clean and quiet. Our server was excellent and very attentive. The food tasted great.. I took a chance by ordering steak at aseafood restaurant but it was cooked perfectly medium and was a nice cut of meat. The crabcake isn't your traditional Marylandcrabcake with jumbo lump meat but it was still very tasty. We'll definitely be coming back! Read more

Known for their Seafood and for great reason!!! The food, the specials, the drinks, and the atmosphere are all phenomenal! A... very upscale environment without the need to truly be an upscale restaurant. Do not miss out on their drinks either. They areone of the best places for some amazing cocktails!! Fresh muddled fruits, and they bring out the smoked drinks still covered upwith a glass full of smoke!!! Read more

This my second time eating at this place. The food was good. I had the Prince Edward Island mussels and the sauce was sweet and... you could taste Smokey flavor of what the mussels were cooked in. The Boom Boom shrimp was good, also sweet to the taste. Thefilet looked good and moist. The crab cakes were fine. Service was professional attentive and nice. Read more

My wife took me here for Father's Day . For starters this was my first time eating at Bonefish. We got there shortly after it... opened and they seemed like no one was ready. We finally got seated and I used the restroom which was spotless I might add butthere was no toilet paper at all . Paper towels from the sink worked. We ordered our drinks and a appetizer . Beer was Awesomeand the Imperial Dip was very good as well . The meal took over 30min to get . Seemed kinda long for not very many customers inthe restaurant. But I will say the food was very good and I will definitely give it another try . The waitress we had was veryfriendly and explained the menu and her suggestions for our meals were great. I would have given 5 stars if the toilet paperwas stocked . I know it seems petty but It was kind of an emergency so I was glad I noticed. Read more
