Ordered a Cobb salad on Uber eats that they neglected to give to the delivery driver. Driver went back and they said there?s... nothing they can do. For Chic Fil A?s mistake, I had to go out of my way to contact Uber to get refunded for the $14 salad. Justgive the driver the missing food! Read more

Besides their awesome food, I was really blown away by their service. By far it's the best Chick-fil-A I've ever dined in
Six people taking order at the drive thru. One girl running orders which still leaves a long line of cars waiting & they still... got my order wrong. I asked the young lady a question she turned to ask what was supposed to be the manager (young guy bluet-shirt) who had a real quick smart reply & went on pushing her to run the next order. Always a delight to visit this joint. Fast food so good. The hash browns are always a good idea. The minis and hash brown... scramble bowl for breakfast was wise choice. I went today for my lunch ordered my food for curbside using my mobile app and ordered my go to when I am in a hurry 4 count... chicken strip meal I got my lunch went home and sat down to eat it.. I was on my last chicken strip let me tell you I wassurprised to bite down/ chew on something hard at first I thought maybe a bone or grizzle but on chicken strips no sir. Pulledthe LONG PLASTIC yes you read right PLASTIC out of my mouth and was disgusted right away? come on CHICK FIL A you just ruinedchicken strips for me for good or any kind of breaded chicken from your spot? ummm you better believe this is also on Facebookand Instagram. This chick-fil-a us a great drive thru fast in and out , I?ve never personally had issues with this location but tonight me and... my girlfriend stopped out and bought a 30 count of nuggets and 2 large drinks ? My girlfriend was getting down to last littlebit of tea and opened up the cup to 2 dead flys and parts of a fly in the ice ? I can?t begin to explain how nasty that thoughtis that she has been drinking it for that entire time and there were bugs in it , we will no longer be going to this location .Thank you and have a good night Read more
I personally have always had a great experience at this location. Family and I probably have CFA 10 times a month and split it... between here and Urbana pike - not so great experiences there - and my order has always been perfect here. Get all my sauces andnapkins. I've been inside a couple of times and the ppl taking orders are very polite. I like this location a lot. Read more
