Always crowded but the interior and exterior lines are so efficient they move fast. It is very impressive. The parking lot is... crowded but you can always find a spot to park. The drive thru has two lines. Employees walk the drive thru line taking ordersand payment. The only problem is the menu is at the end of the line so it's best to check out the menu online on yourphone. The exterior is well lit and very clean as is the interior. The employees are all young and well trained. Orders arealways accurate. The food is hot and tasty. Chick-fil-A's are all closed on Sunday. Read more
This CFA location has been quite frustrating for me. Probably come here 4 to 5 times a month and the food order is always right,... but there's always something off. I usually order on the app for curbside. Today I got no napkins, so here I sit typing into myphone with sticky fingers. Oftentimes it's the wrong sauces. Sometimes I'll get down to go inside and ask for the right items,but mostly I'll just deal with it. I've ordered inside twice along with going inside to get items, and I'm always put off by howsticky the floor is. Feels like I'm in an old taco bell. The service inside is subpar for a cfa. The younger workers seem moreinterested in talking to each other than attending the customer. The older workers are very professional though. I've been tomany cfa's and will continue coming to this one, but certainly not my favorite. Read more
This location needs to get it together!!!! Consistently out of things. Last time I was there they were out of sweet tea!!!! This... time they got my order completely wrong and made me wait 20 minutes because they had to cut more lemons! Worst Chick-fil-A Ihave ever had the displeasure of visiting. Read more
Great service as always! And loved the ease at ordering/getting my food which was a pleasant surprise since the average wait is... at least 20 minutes when it's bumper to bumper cars. Food was fresh with no mistakes on my order. It's one of my favoritesrestaurants to visit when I'm eating out and I can imagine lots of others feel the same way. Read more
This is a rest stop Chick-Fil-A, so set realistic expectations. They have a very limited menu, and unfortunately it?s missing... all the ?healthy? (pseudo healthy?) options. The menu only had the classic fried chicken sandwich, the fried spicy sandwich, andthe chicken nuggets. They did have a kids menu. The line was wildly long, and for the limited menu, it just isn?t worth it. Read more
The folks at Chick-fil-a off Buckeystown are so lovely! We just got married yesterday, and when we told the cashier he got put... in a free milk shake for us. When he radioed to his teammates inside, they all cheered. Then when we pulled up, they allcongratulated us and gave us our free milkshake.
