For some reason there is always a really long wait for service. Typically seated quickly but waiting for a server is a... challenge. Last time the manager had to get our drinks and direct someone to take our order. They are always kind and polite butwaiting 15+ min just for someone to visit the table makes us want to visit other locations. Read more
The atmosphere was overall good. Very family oriented. The food was good for the better part, just don't order the ribs. I love... ribs and their version of them are not the best. Always a pleasure eating at this Chilis. We just had lunch and Alex was our waitress, she was great. Food was good and the... prices are really low ($9 for my lunch came with salad and chipotle chicken fresh mex bowl). Family of four you can eat herefor the same price as some fast food places. We have been to this Chilis probably 10+ times and haven?t had a bad experience. Read more

The food was very good. They have changed the 2 for 25 to 3 for Me. We have ordered two items (one was sirloin). At the end, we... saw extra price for soup and drinks and the sirloin was was separate. I asked and the guys said, the sirloin is not in the 3 forMe option. But it was clearly on their menu. Solid Chili's. Our service was friendly and helpful. All the food was as expected, except the chicken sandwich which could have... used a little more time in the frier (it was cooked through but only just barely). Our drinks and apps came out staggered (onedrink first, then the other a few mins later; same for apps) so that was a little funky but not a big deal. Read more
Went to dinner wifey ordered Smoke House combo with Chicken & Ribs. Chicken was excellent Ribs were not so good kinda tasted... like mush... & original chili was overly salty & Cesar salad wasn't that fresh. Not that good of a meal I'm thinking it was justa difficult night in the kitchen because usually we get good food and Chili's is one of my favorite restaurants. The Presidente margaritas have gotten smaller over the years, but they're still very good! Got personalized table service from... the bartender, and he was attentive and friendly. The food was good, but one of the mill fast casual. No complaints. Read more
