Got half of a bowl for full price. Isn't chipotle online ordering great?

Worse chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered online from this place several times and they never put anyones food on the pickup... shelves. They just put stuff behind the cashier and then the whole staff completely ignores all of the people standing therewaiting to pick up food and just keeps serving people in line. You basically have to force yourself in front of someone in lineand tell the cashier you're picking up even though 10 people are standing there waiting for their food. You end up getting yourfood 20 minutes past your pickup time and cold. Never ordering from this chipotle again. Read more

The SLOWEST chipotle I?ve ever been to. We?ve tried this location 3 times and each time we?ve waited almost an hour past our... pick up time. It?s currently 7:02pm, I?ve finally gotten my order and it was supposed to be done at 6:20pm. For food that isprecooked and scooped into a bowl, that wait is unacceptable. Aside from the wait time, they got our order completely wrong ontwo of the three occasions. This time they didn?t include my third side of sour cream and my quesadilla has no veggies in it. This is by far one of the worst chipotle's I've ever ordered food from! Never buying from here again!! There was weird fabric in... the sour cream, I had also ordered a bowl and it had some sort of pet hair??? Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I wasmore than half way done with my meal... Idk who in their mind would make a bowl like this. I had sour cream on the bottom, little bit of carnitas, more sour cream on... top and a HUGE amount of guac smh this was no where near my order. It was so nasty to even look at. So upsetting. I call and the?manager? offered to redo it but I had just gotten home so I wanted my refund. He said I?d have to go online smh soinconvenient. This place truly isn?t that bad I haven?t had a bad experience til now but this really was BAD! After talkin tochat, I did end up getting my refund.
