Ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. Asked for guacamole on all meals and fajitas. The bowls didn?t have any veggies and barely any... salsa and no guacamole. Kids meals was supposed to have guacamole as well but didn?t get any. The order was delayed. The driverwas very communicative and apologetic. Took me 20+ mins to get a hold of someone at the restaurant. They said they would remakethe order but I had to pick it up. The delivery guy offered if I would want him to take the order back and have them remake it.I asked the delivery guy if he could pick up the remade order and deliver it to me. And he kindly did. I checked the order andit was fine but when I sat down to eat, it was like a puddle. Both bowls were so soggy and had so much water. This is not thefirst time this store has made the order incorrectly. So disappointing. Read more
The Garlic Guajillo Steak has been on commercials lately in heavy rotation and it had my attention. I always order the bowl with... brown rice and no cheese, guacamole or sour cream (so none of the stuff that makes it amazing). This time added the Garlic Steakas my protein. It was only ok. It didn?t make me want to hurry back and try it a second time. The store is clean, and therewas a person clearing and cleaning tables constantly. She is doing a good job. Although, the trash cans were overflowing afterthe lunch rush. There was a line at one point during my lunch and they made it move along quickly. I started coming to this Chipotle back in 2005 when it was the only Chipotle around. Back then the service was great, the... burritos were made well and portions were never skimped. The last couple times I've been to chipotle I'd stop at this one forthe nostalgia, despite being let down each time. Never again. I'll go to 40 or wormans mill locations. The staff at thischipotle is rude and off-putting. I asked for the guajillo steak and was offered the last half spoon full and the rest wasregular steak. My girlfriend didn't get any. The man behind us asked about it and she told him it was cooking and almostfinished. We would have waited had we been told that. We came to try it. The same woman was rude at checkout and then rude tothe same guy behind us when he asked about the guacamole they were out of. Read more
Our family loves chipotle because everyone can get what they want just the way they like it. I like that that have low carb... options. The Carnitas is always a good option for any meal. This particular Chipotle has good service and the restaurant isclean. I highly recommend! Read more

Good food fast. Burrito stuffed to bulging with brown rice, roasted peppers, black beans, salsa, guacamole, corn ???? salsa,... sour cream, lettuce is to die for. Bowl works too and avoid mess and finger licking. Add chips n salsa for added treat. To go ordine in its a winner ???? Habla Espanola is muy Bueno. Read more

They couldn?t find my pick up... order I placed so I said don?t worry I have a your confirmation right here. She said I have no Idea how to use the confirmationi only know names.
