This is one of the worst ColdStone I?ve ever been too. Too much confusion while ordering inside, have to yell at the top of your... lungs to be heard, different flavors inside then online. Employees should really wear a hair net and gloves. Same employee thatscoops your ice cream and hold your waffle bowl have no gloves on then proceeds to run to register to ring you up, all whiletouching dirty register then goes back to scooping and touching bowls with dirty cash register/ money hands. The restrooms wereout of order and the restaurant was dirty. This ColdStone also can not make the ice cream right to save their lives?. Theydon?t follow directions of what the ice cream style calls for and it?s runny, unexceptionable, a mess, not appealing or good,sloppy and low quality. They just do not put any care when making your ice cream. They use too much of something or not enoughof an ingredient. I swear it?s just so hard to find good quality these days. I bought the Cookies N Cream cake and had them write "Happy Birthday" on it, when they finished I left. Little did we know it... was missing an oreo! No biggie, however the old lad ran out the store to catch me as I was heading into my car. He explainedthat he forgot to place the oreo back and insisted I give him the cake so he can place the oreo back. Talk about dedication! Read more
Sad to say I?ve had two bad experiences now? the first was when I requested and paid for additional toppings to be added to then... finding out it wasn?t added because the worker was more focused on getting the line down? there were only 2 people in the linebehind me which made no sense why she had to rush me out. This time I believe I got expired vanilla ice cream. I always orderthe same ice cream ?birthday remix? I know how it?s suppose to taste and this did not taste like that one bit, it tasted sour.Which I then had to throw the whole ice cream out.. I was in the area and decided to stop by to try an ice cream, I ordered coffee lovers only, it was delicious with well-roasted... nuts, although I was hesitant because I am a chocolate lover, but I don't regret it and I am sure there will be other flavorsjust as exquisite. As for the staff, they treated me with care, remember that they are teenagers and we all go through that ageand you are not born with experience, so I invite you to try an ice cream, live your life, be happy and let others live theirown lives. Ordered online for pickup while in the area and didn?t look until I arrived home. Ordered a kid's cup that had almost nothing in... it. The other item a quart was not made properly and did not have the mix-ins I ordered. It did have sprinkles which I did notwant or order but I assume that was from them not cleaning between orders. Overpriced slop runny ice cream and if I lived closerI would have taken both items back. Coldstone should really consider pulling the franchise from theses people based on reviewsand lack of caring to run a better business. Stay away from this Coldstone location. Read more
Quite lackluster in the service here, despite having four employees & only 2 of us customers. The one young lady with the evil... eye necklace was absolutely excellent, but her three compatriots were not. I literally walked up to the counter and the firstone stared at me blankly until I finally said hello. Zero eye contact from anyone other than the one good employee. I suppose alesbian couple and top level model are too much for this place. Five stars for the first lady and zero for everything else. NotLGBTQ friendly. The ice cream was decent. Read more
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WRONG ORDER! EVERY single time I order online they always get my order wrong. I try to... give them the benefit of the doubt and think ?maybe I?ll get what I actually ordered this time? but never do. If this was freethen I really wouldn?t care because it?s only ice cream, right?! BUT when I?m paying additional fees like delivery costs, tip,ice cream mix ins, etc to get what I ordered, it?s very frustrating when I?m delivered the wrong thing.
