I used their curbside pickup for a hot and ready-to-eat Thanksgiving dinner for five. I ordered it early and picked it up on... Thanksgiving day. The pickup service was on time, fast and friendly. The food was average Thanksgiving fare. It tastedgood. My complaint was about the turkey serving provided with the all-in-one meal package. It was in a large pan, along withthe dressing/stuffing. The meal came with white breast meat only -that wasn't the issue- it was the amount of turkey that wasdisappointing. The tray contained 3/4 stuffing and 1/4 turkey. Not very much turkey to share between five people -more thanenough dressing, though! The other side dishes were good portions. The turkey is the main feature of the meal, and it barelymade a showing?a lot of money for side dishes and an abundance of dressing. I wouldn't recommend this prepackaged deal unlessyou love side dishes and don't like turkey. Although it saved time, I won't be ordering it again. Read more

We called ahead asking if noon was too soon to park at the RV site and the lady said, "no, to just let management know we're... staying overnight when we get there." We arrived around 2pm and notice the RV parking spot was to short for our 30ft trailer andtruck so we parked it on a row of car parking spots. The register lady said it was fine and she would let management know. Wewere going to order but the hostess said there were only two waitress and it would be easier to order online. The restaurant is always busy around noon and it is always nice to see a lot of people, even though the wait time can be very... long. Luckily, they have a very unique store to browse through while waiting. The food is always comforting and filling. I gotthe maple glazed chicken with bacon, fries, and mac & cheese. It is my favorite item on the menu because the maple flavorencompasses the flavors making the chicken very savory. I did ask for ranch and it took 10 minutes to come out, but i understandit is a one-time thing. It is the perfect restaurant to go to with your family. Read more

Very disappointed experience. I went here just for the turkeys dinner and got turkey that was so dry that my fork could not even... pick it up . What I am upset about is that they actually served this to me. A restaurant would actually bring turkey Brestthat?s is brown ? Wow !!!!You can see how bad it look and still brought it to me like gravy would cover up dried out turkey.Severe did apologize and tell me she would have the manager take it off ,but I am confused cause I still want my food so I justsat watched my party eat. We were seated easily by getting on the waiting list ahead of time. Our waitress Hilda was cordial. However, my meal and... appetite were ruined. My apples were just plopped in the dish. I couldn't seem to get acceptable over medium eggs. The firstset came broken apart, with broken yolks smeared on the plate (in the 1st photo - I hadn't touched anything on my plate...itcame like that). I asked for a new order. They came back over easy, still with runny whites. I sent them back. ..I suspectthey were microwaved then (photo 2). My father had to wait for almost 10 minutes for syrup. We arrived on Wed at 440. The restaurant was nearly empty except almost all tables had trash on them. The trash in photo has... been at table at least one hour. To say service is slow is an understatement. It has now been over an hour since we havearrived. While most tables are dirty with few customers the hostess is on phone and 2 cashiers talking...... There hasn't beena customer for at least 10min to ring up. I understand lack of employees but perhaps multitasking could be taught. I may addat 440 we waited 5min to be sat in an almost empty restaurant. *update crackle barrel asked me to contact them with moreinformation (within the week).
