The workers at this Dunkin are VERY RUDE. Especially the lady that wears the hijab (whom i believe may be the owner) I USED go... here almost every morning but I honestly no longer want to give a dime of money to them. With the exception of few workers whoare kind.. The rest of them are extremely rude! The workers were in there arguing and fighting one day for all to witness. My name is Sahara. I am once again reporting the same location as I did last time. This location 1560 Opossumtown... Pike Frederick, MD is awful. It is very unreliable. My boyfriend told the guy over the teller I wanted my drink less sweet lesspumps like 2 of each still puts on the label 3 pumps of each and I?m lactose so my boyfriend also said no cream but almond milkand we look on the label it says creamer and it?s sweet? me and my boyfriends bagels are cold, weren?t even warmed up? thislocation needs to get it together or put under. I thought I could give it a try going to Dunkin more but usually their customerservice is not there and I honestly stick with Starbucks so I?m gonna do that still. Read more

Ordered pumpkin donuts, nothing but a cake donut with cinnamon mixed in . Vegan breakfast sandwich! Dunkn now has the Beyond sausage patty, substitute hash browns for the cheese and egg. Ask them not to... charge you full price since you?re not getting egg or cheese. I took mine home and added the vegan just egg and vegan cheese!Delicious. Read more
If I could give this place negative star I would , the drive-through people are extremely rude, I ordered a cookie butter cold... brew and when I asked for a straw the guy at the window said that I don?t need a straw for the cold brew, regardless if I needone or not, you do not say that to a customer I?m paying for my drink is not like you giving it for free!!!!
