Do not get the salmon plate, if you love salmon you won't love it here. I went outside my comfort zone to try a salmon dish here... at ihop instead of getting the guaranteed quality & enjoyment of the spicy poblano fajita bowl. Showed up around 9pm, had quick service, our waiter Carrie, was a pleasure to have, food was out fast. Now the second part,... deals with Benjamin. After a customer, went off on him for all the food they ordered, and they didn't understand the menu, heoffered a lot of cures for there issue, everything from redoing there order, allowing them to order something different, and wasextremely professional in handling the situation with them yelling for absolutely no reason. When I?m Fredrick my family was looking for somewhere to eat. This IHOP was one of the first options we found when looking.... Outward appearance is nice, in a decent location. Once we got inside I did notice the building could use some TLC and a gooddeep clean. Windows and doors were visibly dirty. When asked to be seated at a booth, we were seated at a half booth half table,that can be a rough situation with my small children. But we made it work, I don?t like to complain. The food took over 45minutes to get to the table and my kids were so impatient after a while. The waitress was very kind and always kept our drinksfull and table cleaned up I appreciated that. This location needs to throw in the towel and close up. The service has steadily declined to almost nothing. The food in years... past was excellent. Now its burnt breakfast meats with cold eggs cold hard toast. I'm not sure where the problems begin in thisrestaurant, but something needs to change. I feel like this place is hanging on by a thread. We were here 8 days ago and it was great, but today was awful. We were seated immediately, and the iced tea was good. That's... the good points. The Coke that my wife got was so weak it looked like very weak ginger ale. The waitress said it had been likethat since she came to work. I asked if she'd said anything to anyone that could change the syrup, and got a noise & shouldershrug in reply. We waited 32 minutes after we ordered before we left. While we were waiting we realized we didn't have napkinsand flatware. That's not a good sign. Then people at another table complained about cold food and had to go hunting for ketchupon other tables. After the 32 minutes of waiting without being checked on we decided not to chance the food. I asked anemployee for a manager before we left. While waiting for the manager I noticed all of this food not going out to tables. Themanager was too busy to come speak to us, so we walked out. Now we're trying the other IHOP in town. They're off to a muchbetter start. Read more
