My experience is pretty exceptional at this establishment because you always walk in and receive your order in a reasonable... time. It?s also great because the staff is very polite. As I wait for my food occasionally I can look around and observe adecently organized environment and everything is clean for a high-frequented restaurant. Pizza was amazing as usual? its Ledo's! Staff left me wanting. Waited around way too long for a personal pizza. Come to find out... it was already made but no one could seem to figure that out ?staff was too busy standing around talking about nails andparties. Read more
Parking was easy and ample, seating was easy, booth was comfortable, and our waiter was personable and accurate. The dining... area was clean and no trash was to be found. Normally I order pizza (actually it really is the best in the world) at Ledos.This time I deviated from my norm. Appetizer was fresh and tasty. as was my cheeseburger. Fries tasted like they used recycledoil -- not so good. The silverware appeared to have "washer film" and was replaced by our waiter. New set was fine. Overall?You should visit Ledo's, take the family, and order a very large Ledo's pizza or a burger or the wedding soup. Read more
An order was placed and there was a miscommunication between my husband and the ?owner? who took the order. My husband was given... bonless wings when he ordered shebone-in. When I called on his behalf about the discrepancy, the ?owner? (owner?s wife) was veryrude after acknowledging that there was clearly a miscommunication. Rudely, the ONLY option we were given was to bring theboneless back and we can get the bone-in. As a representative of customer service, she took NO accountability. She offered NOcompensation for the inconvenience and was HAPPY when I said I?d just bring everything back for a full refund. I will NEVERpatronize that location again and I do NOT recommend it. Every ledo's I've been to has been the same in terms of excellence and consistency. I know how the pizza is going to be, I know... what all the other dishes are going to be like. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful and very pleasant todeal with. It's just a shame you can't get the food for free. Having said that and get a two thumbs up always. After being aledo's customer for 40 some years, I have yet to have a negative experience. Read more

First time getting a Calzone and it was not great. The sauce was oddly sweet for pizza taste. It was too mushy and wet on the... inside and made it hard to eat. Read more
Absolutely fabulous! The food and service were excellent. I had a steak n cheese sub for lunch, and took home a half baked... signature Ledo pizza. The sub was very good, as well as the fries I ordered on the side. The pizza was right on par with everyLedo I've been to, and was exactly what you would expect from a Ledo Pizza. Now that I know where the location is, I'll becertain to return in the future! Read more
