Definitely management issues. Hours say they open at 5:00am and the place is dark and empty and it's 5:35am. I keep trying to... give this place a chance but they're consistently disappointing. Long waits, bad service. I pity the folks that work there. Itmust be chaos. Read more

This restaurant location was empty except 1 party eating at a table, a patron who walked in with app issues and myself around... 7:00 pm. There was no one to greet customers once at the register resulting in a few minutes wait for assistance. Due to that, Iused the kiosk to order which I normally do not. Some of the prompts were pretty straightforward however, the process becamesignificantly more confusing when customizing my order. I had to "play" with the kiosk to learn how to negotiate. Likewise,there were no written instructions so it took more time. Once my order way taken, paying for my order took more time due totechnology app issues of the customer in front of me. Once I got my food, I elected to eat in the dining room which had at leastone unbussed table at the front of the restaurant. This service experience was disappointing and somewhat surprising since Ihave visited several times in the past. However, overall the food was pretty standard with no issues to report. I was out with my grandson and he asked for a happy meal. I went through the drive through and ordered his happy meal, and a... couple of burgers. Unfortunately, I didn't pay enough attention at the pay window and was charged for another car's $25.28 orderinstead of my $13 order. At the pickup window, they tried to give me the order I paid for instead of what I ordered. I told theguy what I ordered but wasn't going to get it because he had given it to the car in front of me. I told him that I would comeinside and sort it out. What a nightmare. The lobby was full of unhappy customers who had been waiting a long time for theirfood. A fellow who seemed to be the manager took my receipt and said they would remake my order. It took an hour to make themunderstand that wasn't my order even though I paid for it. Eventually, I got my money refunded and vowed to never go back tothat McDonalds again. Read more

Awful McDonald's, lady at the front was yelling 855 in my face when my order was 664. Every order was wrong. A nice old man was... waiting for about 15 min and no one took his order. The bathrooms looked like a tsunami hit them. -10/10 would not recommend. Read more

715am on a Saturday morning and the women's bathroom was disgusting. The floor was sticky and I managed to drag the sticky on my... shoes to the dining area. Squeak squeak as I'm waiting for the food. I ordered my breakfast sandwich sub bacon instead ofCanadian bacon. I verified it was right before I left because customizations usually get messed up. But this time, it wasright. Get on the road and my partner grabbed her unmodified sausage sandwich only to find she has received Canadian baconinstead of sausage. Like why???? She didn't sub anything at all! The dining area was a mess too; not sure if they are 24hrsFridays into Saturday, but the cleanliness of the store was abhorrent. Read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds of all. The attached pic is the norm not the exception. I keep trying to give them a chance... and it?s always the same. Understaffed over worked employees that are trying to keep up but just cannot. Purely a managementissue that has not cleared up in years. Read more

They charge you for adding anything which is fine but how is this extra caramel. And the crew member said oh but it is cause... there's caramel on the top. It's a caramel frape it comes with caramel already I just wanted extra for flavor which goes in thecup. And this is what I get. Extremely disappointed. The Manager taking the order was extremely friendly and nice so that wasthe plus side. Read more
