My husband went drive thru. Placed a order and we didn't get what was ordered . THAT I KIND UNDERSTAND BUT WE ORDERED A HAPPY... MEAL . My granddaughter who's only 3 years old was upset when her toy was not in the happy meal .That was so upsetting. Read more

This specific McDonalds on the golden mile, Route 40, in Frederick MD gets very busy. However, the restaurant is well staffed. ... Parking lot gets crazy. Be observent when backing out of a spot. People whiz by without stopping. Read more

I feel bad for the woman who's last day it was. I could tell she was fed up with nobody else not knowing how to run the drive... thru. Or maybe the honestly put people at the window that couldn't understand English well enough. Or maybe it was a SERIOUStraining issue... We ordered TWO iced teas... One sweetened and one UNsweetened. Last time I checked the menu says "Hashbrowns", which means plural. But I got one hashbrown in the bag. So I got ripped off... apparently. And can I please get someone that speaks freaking English in the drive thru for God's sake? Read more

Use my McDonald's app, it had a coupon for a buy one get one free breakfast sandwich and I gave them the Code and the lady said... that's not what the code was for even though that's what the app said and I was really annoyed but it was kind of like whateverso that I got a breakfast sandwich and a lady confirmed to me several times that it was a bacon egg and cheese one on a biscuitand then even after that they still gave me a steak egg and cheese which doesn't sound like a big difference but I don't reallylike steak at all so it's really annoying to pay five bucks for one something I don't even like and 2 having the app in front ofme and having the code in front of me and it's saying exactly what it's for and the lady telling me that that's not right eventhough that's literally what it says Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff INCLUDING managers speak to each other and customers degrading. The manager is... very loud and I quote ? I am loud as SH*T and I am not walking to the table? referring to when she was attempting to informcustomers that their Frappuccino was not working ( as usual when busy) as the customer may of not heard her, been in thebuilding, may be deaf, may not speak English. Including when asked why the machine is down and it can not be fixed -? it?s busyand I do not have time and sorry for the hold up? refund not offered. Not informing their cashier to not allow the orders in thefirst place. And regardless of how some customers respond to her - stating ? I know this woman did not call me hood? isincredibly unprofessional. Please note it?s been still 20 minutes and we just received our order which is wrong?? never willreturn.
