Celebration of husband's 61st birthday there! Great time!! Pretzel knots, lamb chops, creme brulee, and a coffee drink!

Such a gem and overall great dinning experience just 15 minutes from Frederick! Their food and staff are just amazing truly. We... forgot to make a reservation (suggest making one) but they managed to squeeze us in. It’s a family run charming cottagerestaurant. Their food presentation is esthetically beautiful. You will leave happy and full! We sat outside on their patio andenjoyed their live music. Emma was our waitress, she was the BEST!! She made us laugh and also was super knowledgeable abouteverything on the menu. Most importantly you have to leave room for Emma’s Grandmas coconut pound cake for dessert; it’snothing like you ever tasted I promise you that. It’s so good that the recipe is secretive in their family! Read more

The upper outdoor deck is beautiful. The scenery and nature scents were very calming and beautiful. The servers- beautiful! ... The food was outstanding. If I lived closer I would eat there regularly. It will be worth the drive for my next visit. Read more

Excellent food and service. Extensive wine and cocktail menu, limited beer selection. We sampled a plethora of items on the... menu, the tuna, Thai chicken bites, jalapeño & cheddar pretzel bites, buffalo blue cheese empanada. I also had a steak saladand my partner had the pork carnitas. I love a good tasting menu, and this was it. Highly recommend the steak salad, wish thepecans were a tad bit more candied. At the time they had live music and outdoor patio seating. We had great conversation withthe server, although she was a bit in the weeds she provided excellent service. Read more

We decided to go out for brunch after doing a 5K and showed up with no reservations. Was seated quickly and found it to be a... charming location. I know this building has been many different restaurants over the years but this has to be the best. Ourserver was great, she has personality, and was just very enjoyable. Our meals and drinks came out quickly and so very good. Themeals are fresh made and not just sitting around, my poached eggs were the best I have had in years from a restaurant, realhouse made corn beef hash was very flavorful and hit the spot. My wife said the quiche was over the top good, and her CreamBrule was some of the best she ever had. We will be adding this into our rotation of bruch spots. Read more

Went to a birthday party here.. Wasn't what I expected.. I've been in the area 50 yrs. this was my first visit. Service was... great our server did a wonderful job and all went well birthday party was a success! Food was good everything came in on time.(we had a party or 14.. ) I will recommend to all & we will be returning.. I see this as one of Frederick's hidden gems the vibefelt very local.. Not to mention if you didn't know where it was located it probably wouldn't bleep your radar. I say thisbecause as best as I can remember I've never seen a commercial or advertisement for this restaurant... So to me that means theyare doing something right!.. Keep up the good work. 2 Thumbs up to Jessica she did a wonderful job.. & kept a smile through itall!!... Read more
