Great experience, server was nice, food was amazing; we filled up on the appetizers, their calamari is the best, the endless... salad, soup and breadsticks...we ended up taking the entrees to go, the food was really good and the staff was very welcoming.This is our favorite Italian restaurant, we always have a great experience here. Myself and 5 others female friends were all sitting at a table enjoying ourselves with much laughter ????????????????????????... and conversation, while we all was waiting for ours meals to be served. When our meals arrived at the table and we started totaste, everyone said how delicious ???????????????????????? they meals was and also they said it was absolutely scrumptious withjust the right ???? taste of each person mouth ???????????????????????? and lips. Totally unprofessional from the ground up. From the time we arrived, (party of 11) we were told a 30 minute wait. I proceeded to... the beverage area and ordered our favorite Moscato, Primo Amore with 2 glasses. I explained our party was around the corner andwaiting for our table. After being served, a manager came and told me the drinks had to stay in the beverage area. I respondedwith, "no problem. The last time (1 month ago) I enjoyed my glass with my cigarette outside. She (Emma) responded with "ummm, noyour not." Again, I explained this was the last trip and I'm not one to start a problem. I was not informed during the last tripand there is no signage stating the rules. Many rules have changed in our area post covid. After being seated and the order wasplaced, "Stephanie" one of our servers was asked to bring 2 more salad bowls. Stephanie asked how many people because the bowlsare large. After my Aunt had counted 1,2,3... Stephanie replied with then "I'm only bringing 1." My aunt tried to explain 3 hadsalads and 4 more needed salads. She returned with 3 bowls and cheese was requested. The roll of her eyes was enough to makeanyone disgusted. A quick 2 spins on the cheese grater and gone. As frequent guests, we are use to the server asking, "let meknow when..." I left the table to see the manager (Emma) and ask that Stephanie not return to our table. She asked why. Iexplained that our family was not happy with her attitude. Emma replied, "yeah, I get that. But I want to know why. Like whathappened. " After going in detail, she began to berate me by telling me I'm slurring and stumbling over my words. I assure you,that is a lie. I'm currently writing this from my car still at Olive Garden in Frederick, MD. This happened moments ago. Emmathought she had to remind me by saying, "Don't you remember, I'm the one who told you not to drink outside?" I replied, "Iremember clearly. We went to celebrate my birthday ???? and the restaurant was very empty so we didn’t have to wait , I call in the morning to... make my reservation and the lady told me you can go online and put your name on the list so I went online and never found thelist , when we got there I ask where do I put my family name to make a reservation so the lady told me we don’t doreservations, if you want you can try to put one hour before you came and eat but really no reservation so I waist my time a fewtimes that day. So we got the table and the waitress ask any special occasions and I smile and say we are celebrating mybirthday ???? so she left , never offer a wine ????, never suggested a food they where late with the salad and food and we askfor a check and she say pay over the litle thing on the table so was waiting for my birthday dessert but nothing I was verydisappointed with Olive Garden and it was on Tuesday no busy at all.
