I came in today because I was craving a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. I got my food in decent time and got in my car and... went home. I don't know why exactly but the sandwich was the worst version of that sandwich that I've ever had. It was almostlike there was no sauce on the chicken. It really was a flavorless disappointment. Good place for a quick bite to eat. Seating is available inside and out. Also special parking for pickup orders.
I love Panera?s but this particular one constantly gets orders wrong. I did delivery and I was told the driver should of made... sure the order was correct but what about the person putting the food in the bag my receipt said tuna salad but the sandwich inthe bag was nothing even close to a tuna salad. I do take some blame for not checking but by the time I opened the bag thedriver was gone. My advise if you go to this Panera?s order at the place so you can check this is the 3rd time for me the othertimes I was there so it wasn?t that much of an inconvenience. Read more

Ordered pick up today and the bag was stapled shut. Got home and they had completely forgotten my soup (the whole reason I... ordered) and the salad just had lettuce and dressing - nothing else. I called and was told ?sorry, nothing can be done now?.Should have double checked my bag in the car. Lesson learned. Ugh. Read more
Was sitting at my table at about 6:45 in the morning. Could barely hear myself think because the employees were talking to each... other SO LOUD. They were a couple of them who were practically yelling and cursing for no reason at all. I've never had aproblem with this Panera before but that was ridiculous. Read more
If I could give NO STAR I would of. This was my first time at this location and it will be my LAST TIME. Customer service was at... an all time low. I had to ask for a spoon for my soup and it was thrown at me. I didn't get my pickle with my sandwich. I spoketo the manager and she acted as if she as if she didn't even care. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and it only had like 6noodles in it. Basically all broth.
