If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. I purchased a breakfast sandwich earlier today as take out. Halfway through my... breakfast, I look down upon my sandwich only to find a long strand of hair. This wasn?t a short strand of hair, this looksintentional. THIS IS JUST PLAIN AND UTTERLY DISGUSTING. Panera advertises freshness and cleanliness, that is completely FALSE. ASTRAND OF HAIR ?! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. I am very disappointed with my purchase. Please save yourself the time & stressand do not come to this location. You would think a company as big as Panera would do better, sickening. I do not recommend thislocation at all Read more
Pretty standard Panera. The service is good but the younger staff kind of rush you through your order. The bathrooms are pretty... grody though. Idk if it's the tile choice or if it's actually that dirty. Read more

My orders at this location over the coarse of two days for breakfast were taken quickly and accurately. I was always greeted... upon entering. The Staff preparing my order was also accurate but they were a little loud. Their entire conversations could beheard while dining. The dining area was extremely filthy: Food crumbs and paper debris down in between the bench seats, on thefloor under the tables as well as under the coffee bar toward the front entrance, dried food spilled on top of the trashcontainer cabinets, dirty tables and chairs, the door glass needed to be wiped as well as the window panes of glass. The windowsills on the upper parts of glass needed to be dusted. Luckily I didn't have to use the restroom on these occasions so I can'tspeak about that area but based on what I saw in the dining area it probably wasn't much better. There were never any staffmaking an effort to clean tables or to do any other tasks in the dining area. With the amount staff present on both visits, youwould think that management would assign some cleaning duties. Read more
Panera is a place i can count on all the time for great food. Their Salads and sandwiches are great. I personally like their... selection of Tea's. Their Brownie is something i would recommend very very nice. Their soups and salads are the best as well. Read more
Food was okay, manager I believe was named Ryan, was short tempered when we asked when our food was going to be out after... waiting up to 20 minutes. Girl who gave us our food after waiting 20 minutes was very kind and sweet and apologized for hermanagers mistakes. Read more
My family and I got Panera for dinner last night since it?s one of our favorite quick places to eat. My sister had a cup of the... cream of chicken and wild rice soup and we found a strand of black curly hair in her soup and she does not have curly hair. Wewere very disappointed at that fact and she had stopped eating due to loss of appetite after finding the hair. Read more
This Panera is probably the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever been to. It was disgusting. We found a hair in my daughter?s mac n... cheese too. Reading the reviews, there are multiple people besides me that have found hairs in their food! Also, the bathroomswere old and dirty and there was litter all over the restaurant.
