Well, along with Dominos, Papa johns also outsources their call center to india. If you're looking for a chain pizzeria that... actually answers the phone from inside the store, Pizza Hut is one that hasn't done this indian call center trend (yet). I wouldrecommend only patronizing restaurants that actually allow you to call the people at the store. Read more
Unfortunately I have to give this location one star. Their pizza have fallen way off. Definitely won't be ordering from here any... time soon. My last two pizza came with almost no sauce (granted I asked for lite sauce). But the pizza was practically dry bothtimes. For some reason the pizza itself tasted burnt and stale. Also pizzas had to be warmed up. Idk, I'll look for somewhereelse to order from. Read more
This poor review is not a reflection of any store locations....it's the call center I order food they said my card didn't go... through....they ran it twice and didn't go through...however my bank acct was charged twice...none of the local stores had anorder for me....I will never order through you guys again Read more
Took way longer than time shown and the tracking was not accurate at all it said it was ready and kept getting told wait 5 more... minutes cause apparently it takes 20 minutes to cook it in the oven! A ton of employees but takes 4 times longer than it shouldto cook a pizza Read more
