The pizzas were great and the customer service that I recieved at the store was amazing. Because of how often I get pizza from... this particular pizza hut store, I believe that one of the employees was able to recognized me before I even say my name and gotmy order from their hot oven and dispatched me. Denise at the Rosemont location in Frederick Md is the best. I ordered pizza today for carryout and on my way there my car gave... me problems...i called to the store and her driver overheard me and tried to tell me how to fix it ..i told them i went home andnot only did they deliver it but shr took care of my tab and said to just fix my car....their customer service is A+!! Pizza Hut used to be one of my go-to sit down places for quick dining, but now they are take out only. There is no more interior... seating. There is no more salad bar. If I'm going to get a pizza to go, I'll just call Dominoes and get it delivered. Read more
I got a large stuffed crust that was terrible. I wanted the special advertised on tv but not available at the Rosemount... location? The crust was barely cooked, no flavor, small amount of toppings. I wish I had taken a picture of the pizza before Ireheated it. I grew up on Pizza Hut and haven?t had it in a while as it?s not convenient to get. I won?t be buying it again,DEFINITELY not the Pizza Hut from my childhood. Such a disappointment. No wonder they are closing in droves. Read more

The service was really great and attentive. But in terms of the taste or pizza quality, the thick crust pizza we ordered came... out a bit and soggy and floppy. And thin crust on the other hand came out a bit too dry and way too crunchy. Read more
The lady who seated us, took our order, and brought us our food was very nice, and constantly checked up on us with a smile on... her face. The buffalo chicken pizza we had was unfortunately hard and dry, but the boneless wings were amazing! Overall, wewould still recommend and we will be back to try other menu items. Read more
Third time I've order and each time the order is never right. Always forgetting drinks, toppings on only half the pizza,SMH,... then don't wanna answer phone when u want to let them know. Read more
