On top of not being able to pay for the order in cash for delivery i accepted what i was told on the phone by them finally was... nice about it this time n gave in to paying with my debit card. Ordered a stuff crusted pizza peporoni n sausage. Stuffed crustwas the only enjoyable part of the pizza. The rest of the pizza was cold n hard as a rock. I would give 0 stars if possible. After school earlier this week I decided to use a gift card I was given at this Pizza Hut.... When I presented this valid gift card the manager on duty, possibly the most unpleasant person I've met in a long time, refusedto honor it. He also asked me, very loudly and in front of others, "Where did you get this?" "Who gave this to you?" It was astandard Pizza Hut gift card. He told me that it expired already - it expires in 2030. Separate, being nasty and ignorant arebad traits, taken together they are horrible. To the owner, if you read this, this manager is doing you no favors. There are somany good employees there, but this one muppet certainly knows how to drive away business. Read more
If you are not going to accept cash for delivery, then remove the option from the app. Also, the thin and crispy had no flavor... at all and the bread sticks tasted stale. Sorry, I have always loved Pizza hut, but after my experience last night it will be alooooong time before I consider ordering it again. Read more
The tracker tells me it will be 25-35 minutes and that the pizza will be there at 12:30, about 12:55 I get a text message that... Door Dash is getting my order and it will be here at 1:13. I call the store and am told that they use 3rd party deliveryservice and the tracker is not accurate and also that they can?t even have a driver scheduled until the order is already out andwaiting on the warning rack. So as you could guess the pizza arrived cold. The pizza had already dropped in quality over theyears the fact that they?re not even delivering it ?hot and fresh? is taking a bad situation and making it worst. Also theyshould definitely tell people that they are using a delivery service, I ordered directly from them to avoid that very thing. Read more
My order was left on the door mat without a call, a knock or even a doorbell ring. I requested a phone call when it arrived but... got nothing. I called the store from my front porch an hour after my order was placed only to be told it should have beendelivered already and to wait a few more minutes. I checked outside again every five minutes and half an hour later i found coldpizza and breadsticks sitting there. No knock, no doorbell, no phone call. Unacceptable. Read more
Tonight marks the second time that my order was delivered to a very wrong address. Luckily this time the person who received my... order was nice enough to look up my address on the receipt and deliver to me themselves. They said they didn't even get a knockon the door, and I specifically stated in the order to hand it over in person, no contactless delivery. Called this Pizza Hutand didn't even get an apology. Apparently all deliveries are done by Door Dash and got told "we have no control over whereDoor Dash delivers". We will no longer order from Pizza Hut. Read more
Excellent pizza! We ordered the Pepperoni lovers, large pan pizza with extra cheese and it looked/smelled and tasted just like... the classic 90?s Pizza Hut we grew up with! It was the cherry on top for our pool party! 10/10 Read more
