This Sheetz gets it. Not only is it conveniently placed. But the staff is always kind and considerate, even at 1am with a rowdy... hotel crowd. Busy or slow I've seen staff time and time again facilitate a happy customer experience. Including observing amember of the kitchen staff walk out onto the floor and assist an elderly customer with the MTO screens. That doesn't happen atevery gas station. 5 stars ???? Read more

Most of the time this sheetz is pretty good. I don't know what happened tonight but I was not in the mood for it. I had a long... day so some of this is my own harsh feelings towards this BUT I order a full sub, not toasted with double turkey, mayo,provolone and pickles (and I wanted onions but for some reason they didn't have them which is really no big deal to me) But whatI got was just regular turkey (not double), provolone, on a Toasted roll (I hate the taste) with very little pickles and nomayo. There were 2 guys there who I haven't seen before. They seemed like they were having a good time. I'm also a supervisorand I love to see my employees have fun, but not at the sake of the work that needs to be done. I was not happy with my ordertonight. Usually they are good but tonight was just not their best work. It also doesn't surprise me because the manager thatwas there was also the manager who I have had many issues with in the past involving wrong orders and refunds ??????? he seemsto not know what he's doing. I asked for a refund a long time ago and he just gave me some random change from the drawer.Usually when he is there I just walk out because I want nothing to do with it. I work at the Springhill Suites right behind the Thomas Johnson/Byte Dr location and EVERY staff member there is... exceptional. Love this Sheetz! Everyone that works here is super nice and it always is really clean and tidy inside.
Clean and nice new place. Love the placards on the door saying masks are required regardless of vaccination status. Too bad it... isnt enforced in any meaningful way. Saw a dude wearing a firefighter sweatshirt in there with no mask. No one said a word tohim. It a shame because all the workers were masked properly. Also, there are VERY limited toiletries options here. Having thehotel right nextdoor, this seems short sighted. No female deodorant options (they had a make option tho). This place charges $6 a gallon for milk. Walmart is $2 and change. Drive the extra mile. No brainer.
