Placed a mobile order using their app on 4/28 for an 11:30 pick up I believe. When I arrived to the store I looked in the... fridge where they keep the mobile orders and there was nothing there. I spoke to the employee at the counter who was using hisphone. He said he didn?t receive the order so he would not be able to make my smoothie despite me showing him the confirmationof my order. I asked again because I thought clearly I must be misunderstanding what he?s saying. He repeated his earlierstatement this time with a bit more attitude. I inquired about a refund and he lied and said I?d have to go through the app. Went to the app and it says for refunds contact the store directly. I?ve called the store twice to speak to a manager thatnever seems to be there and won?t return my call. I decided to dispute the charge with my bank and after a 5 minute phone callmy 4.22 will be refunded. Please don?t think it?s about the money. That won?t break my bank but I hope the store manager seesthis and hires employees that strive to provide a good customer service experience. Read more

Oh yeah they trash, I literally drive from another state to come here. My smoothie is made, however I don?t like it and ask for... it to be remade and he tells me no! On top of that I was going to pay for another smoothie and give more business.. he stillsaid my smoothie couldn?t be remade. The supervisor wasn?t using any gloves changing the mix?s his uniform was dirty, and he wascompletely rude and unprofessional. It was my first time coming to smoothie king, only to receive this service. I am verydisappointed! There were no children around please stop lying. Nor was I using foul language, nice try! YOUR THE OWNER and YOURuniform was dirty. The smoothie was gross and if I the customer don?t like it, then it should?ve been remade. Don?t respond asif I was some kind of crazy customer. Cursing around kids, just stop it. & create a better environment for PAYING CUSTOMERS. Ididn?t want a refund I wanted my smoothie to be remade that?s it. It was my first time at smoothie king. (What an experience)and you were treating your black workers poorly. Please learn how to conduct a professional HONEST business. Wash your uniformand treat ALL people with respect. Decent smoothies. Poor service; Ordered curbside pickup. Waited nearly 20 minutes after the form said it would be ready. Lo and... behold, my order is inside a fridge waiting for me. Please define "curbside pickup". Please explain why I had to providevehicle information. Read more

Smoothies are good, customer service at this location is poor. Also they won?t allow paying customers to use the... restroom. Updated August 2022, family run business so I will support, smoothie still taste good and customer service is better.Only complaint is that the store needs to be cleaned. To date the cleanest smoothie king location is still Manassas. Read more

I frequent Smoothie King regularly just not this location. Whenever I come to this location my Peanut Power Plus 32oz is never... consistent it taste different every time! Very disappointed. Update: They reached out to me and remade my smoothie for me at alater date. I am glad they made it right because I am an avid Smoothie King customer. Read more

On July 16, the girl charged me for a smoothie I didn?t order. She looked about 15 and it was a mistake so I didn?t want to get... mad at her, but as the minutes went by with no resolution I was getting more annoyed. She couldn?t figure out how to give me mymoney back and said a manager was supposed to show up at 3 pm, but it was 3:20 they still weren?t there and no one working knewhow to refund me. I wasn?t going to waste my day away waiting for someone to show up who was already late to a shift. I left myname, number, and receipt for a manager to call me back later. They didn?t call, so I called back at 5 pm, a manager stillwasn?t there, and the guy who answered said ?your receipt was probably thrown away anyways.? So rude and I will not be back tothis location, get a manager on duty to run the place or you?re going to lose more customers. They still have my money forsomething I didn?t order. Read more

Recently i had been at this store on my way from Costco . All i can say is the store is pretty clean , the team treated us with... welcome and good wishes. Talking about the smoothie taste itself, it was simply superb and i would highly recommend visitingthis store again and again. Read more

Love this place after a workout or just simply before or after work. Service was great, staff knew the menu and were more than... happy to recommend new drinks. I got a Caribbean Way with raspberries, frozen yogurt and blueberries!!! The staff there isextremely helpful and makes some great smoothies! So Delicious and healthy, would definitely recommend.
