They didn?t give driver our full order. When I called about it they said for us to come back and pick it up?I asked Roxy (shift... supervisor on duty) if she could provide a drink for the inconvenience of having to drive back 15 minutes for my kids two cakepops that they didn?t give the driver, she said she couldn?t do that. I?m not sure how she is any type of supervisor with thattype of customer service. The least you could do is provide for something for not giving the driver my correct order. Last timeI go to this location, they?ve got some serious incompetence! Roxy should get some customer relations training, maybe she?s juststarting but when you don?t provide 2 of 3 things ordered and ask a customer to drive back to your location for the things notprovided, the least you could do is provide a drink or whatever one item the customer requests for the true inconvenience. A Starbucks review really hinges on three things, the drink, the people, and the place. This location gets 5 stars for my drink... today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well - tight lid, hot beverage sleevethingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that) The team was working really well together and the shortline showed that. Fine job. The place is Starbucks standard furniture and fixtures and they have nice outside seating here. Bonus points on a good weather day. Very well done here today SBX. thanks. PS. It's another Starbucks, just like the other 9,999 Starbucks, the coffee is good but not great, the service is average at best,... but the location is good and they have enough parking to help Starbucks maintain it's multi-billion dollar annualrevenue. Unless you're in a big city unfortunately for you Starbucks may be the best coffee you can get Read more
The quality of food and drinks is just ok. The customer service is just completely absent, everyone who works there make you... feel unwelcome. All I can say is I?m stuck with this place since it?s literally right down the road from me, I?ll just stick toordering ahead to avoid the pretentious employees. The baristas here are so helpful. I called this morning to find out of the have the Maryland Been There Mug. I decided to... collect them recently and attempting to go back to all the states that my pups visited. The barista set one aside for me in casethey get sold out by the time I arrived. They ran out of soymilk, and I got the iced Chai Tea Latte with almond milk instead. Ittasted like toasted almond. Interesting buy still good.
