I was a regular customer but today ended that. I got there at 5:10pm and waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. The... person in front of me had their order taken and I got to the drive through screen at 5:31. Immediately I am told they can'ttake my order and they are closed at 5:30 today. Well I waited in line since 5:10pm so I asked them to take the order anyway. Nope, short staffed. Really?? They should be fired. Wait until there is a break in traffic and close the store formally. Buttake the order of people who have been waiting patiently while you are closing the store, especially 1 minute after 5:30. Also,your store says they are open until 9:00pm. Might want to fix that. Or better yet, just close all together since you closewhenever you feel like it. Read more
The manager really needs to consider having a long talk with one of their employees. I don?t know her name, but she is always... there. She is an older woman with white hair. She ALWAYS has a very passive aggressive attitude, and is always rushing. Shereligiously messes up my order. I never say anything because I?m always on my way to work and don?t have time to go in and getthe order fixed, nor do I want to do that to the baristas who were just following what this woman incorrectly put in. Seriously Starbucks?? Do I even need to say anything else.. I just didn?t realize asking for en extra pump caramel meant you?d... have your drink ruined. Saw this after It was too late And was way too much of a hurry to even stop. Straight to the garbage,and my money poorly spent. Read more
If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. After vowing I?d never waste my money on their overpriced drinks again, silly... me, I decided to give it another try (literally after years). After 25 minutes waiting in line for my $6 coffee it comes outstark white (ordered a mocha drink- they are brown). It?s pretty comparable to water. Thanks for the 25 minutes of my life I?llnever get back waiting in your terribly structured drive through line just to throw my coffee out. Love flushing my money downthe drain. When I?m in a drive through I?m not going to be ?that guy? who makes everyone else?s 25 minute wait evenlonger because I?m demanding my drink be remade like a jerk. If I had a photo of the ?mocha? Frappuccino I was given you'dprobably ask your team if that was a joke. Fact is- this is a pretty standard drink for Starbucks with 0 customizationsinvolved. Inconsistency with drinks (this basic drink in particular) has been an issue at this location for a very long time,which is why I stopped going years ago to begin with. The staff is so incredibly friendly and nice I am 110% going back to this location because of how incredible they were. Not only... were they incredibly nice but they were efficient, and the beverage I was ordering for the first time was absolutely spot on.Again, I will recommend these folks over and over again and anyone who I come across. The staff at this location are always super friendly. Their drive thru is usually pretty quick. I've only had 1 drink not come... out correct and they were quick to make it right. Lots of space to spread out and get work done. Staff wears masks (and mostpeople coming in, do too). Read more
Definitely one of the better locations. The staff doing the drive thru are always polite and very sweet. They are very good at... managing rushes and busy days. I come here at least twice a week, ????Starbucks please sponsor me????. Anyways, here are some ofmy drink orders and ratings???? Read more
