My son was hungry he wanted Subway. Google Map said they close at 10pm. Where I drove up it was 9:30pm. The Spanish lady had... locked the doors. I knocked window and she told me that store was closed for the night. They had 8 x 11 sign on the windowsaying Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.. I am guessing that was a lies. There is heavy set woman said she speaks no english. My mom is a senior and was very upset. She said she was going to tell the... manager and then she spoke english. This is upsetting. Please make sure they speak English and understand. Read more
I hope you speak spanish.... ordered a sub platter online and could not talk to to the employee because she did not speak... English when I arrived. I was able to gather that she thought the platter would be ready at 5 although my order clearly says 4.Having a sole employee in a store in America that does not speak english is reprehensible. Without question the best Subway I have been to. Staff were very friendly and genuinely cared about providing great service. In... my opinion, that's somewhat rare nowadays. Food was excellent. If the owner reads these comments, do what you can to keep yourcurrent staff and you will keep my business. In short, the service was as great as the food! Read more
My husband and I came in during lunch rush and the restaurant was packed. The staff was super friendly and got our order made... quickly, despite having to work around some repairs that were talking place. As an added bonus, my sandwich was not prepared assloppily as most other Subway locations. Read more

You need more than one employee working there during lunchtime. Losing so many customers because of this.
