An unhappy waitress seated us. Thankfully "X" the bartender brought our drinks and took our order. He also was kind enough to... clean our table as it was as sticky as fly paper when we were seated. I would surmise he was helping out,but appeared to do mostof the work. The food was tasty but exorbitantly overpriced for what you get. An extra $10 for one inch of crust. I alwayswanted to try deep dish pizza. Now I have and I'm done. Shout out to "X" for going above and beyond. Read more

Had a craving for deep dish pizza and went to Unos with my family. The waiter was extremely understanding and attentive, which... can be tough with the different personalities my family contains. The nachos were better than most at Mexican places. The delipizza was a pleasant surprise and the cookie and brownie desserts were amazing. $130 for 7 of us was also a nice change of pace.Highly recommend. Read more

I made an online order for pizza at 7:46pm and did not realize that this location closes at 8pm. I walk in about 8:05 based on... time provided. I walked in and a young lady named Heidi greeted me and advised the location was closed for the evening. But Iwill be able to receive my order. She was very pleasant and apologetic that issue occurred. She is the only reason I am giventhis place 3 stars. However, to the MANAGEMENT team, please go into the system and set time where you are unable to take anyonline orders like 7:35pm so you will not inconvenience both the customer and staff. Read more
You said DEEP DISH? That's the Chicago way! As a native New Yorker, I will never say that any other pizza is better. BUT, NY... pizzas are not deep dish. And this place does deep very well. I got the UNOs SPECIAL. Now about that drink... Ask that serverfor the sprite and fruit juice mix. It's not on the menu, and of you have a sweet tooth, you're in for a sweet surprise! Read more
Service was horrible. Or lack thereof. We waited over 12 min and the waitress only came to get our drink order as we were... getting up to go to the bar (hoping to get faster service.) but to no avail… no one ever came there either after 6minutes. Aswe were leaving we asked the hostess what the deal is, and she apologized and said they have limited staff… that is somethingthey should say before they seat you. There is an expectation when you go to a restaurant to eat that you will be tended to atleast within 5-6 minutes. This was totally unacceptable and this establishment will never get our dollars again. Communicationis key, had the hostess explained the situation I probably would have adjusted my expectations and still sat down. But justleaving us at the table, no water, no nothing… never again.
