I ordered a simple triple Baconator and nothing else but once I receive it at work I get a cheeseburger with a million onions... and a large piece of lettuce with enough mayo to cover 10 burgers... Order again today and explain the issue from before andended up with 2 sandwiches the same way it was messed up before with 1 slice of bacon added... Daughter and I were on a trip from DC to NY and we REALLY wanted Wendy's for some strange reason.....So we took a detour and... drove out of our way to go get it and thanks to JOSH we decided to go somewhere else. I have never been spoken to so rudely byanyone over an intercom. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and the phone just rang endlessly forever. Well thank youJosh for helping me pick a much better option for my dinner tonight. Being from Texas never heard of or had Sheetz and am soglad I got to try it! Good experience at this location. Food was prepared quickly and correctly. Polite staff, helpful when we asked for extra sauces.... The inside was clean with a bunch of different seating options, plus some picnic tables outside. And they have a Coke Freestylemachine so there is a whole world of soda possibilities for you here! Ordered drive thru, the person who takes payment at the first window always seems to be in a mood. Got my order and on the way... home found that it was completely wrong. Wrong burger, two orders of soggy fries ( was supposed to get an order of nuggets butgot the extra order of inedible fries). Horrible. Read more
Definitely wont be returning to this location . I went last night around 10pm . I ordered chicken nuggets and when i got to the... window i was told it would be 5 mins for fresh ones could i pull up and wait . Of course ill wait for fresh nuggets but thenerve to give me half old cold nuggets and soggy fresh nuggets just disgusting. Read more
The jalapeno popper chicken salad was excellent. Fresh greens, spicy chicken, cheese, jalapenos and dressing. Very satisfying.
I don't usually go in on things but I absolutely am--I was so pumped to get a Wendy's close by but this is the worst fast food... stop I've ever been to (and shame on me for continuing to try). EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go through the drive through, an employeeis eating before I hand them my card. It's the same two people. A young caucasian dude with glasses and a scratchy looking neckbeard and a middle aged AA woman. Neither of them speaks or welcomes you, they just eat food, swipe your card, and do not giveyou a receipt. The one good employee is a young, thin guy. He's always friendly and the food is right with him. Anyone else?Even the food is wrong! It's soggy, old, sometimes undercooked. I get that working in fast food sucks, I've done it. Butjeeeeeze louise man. This place is absolutely brutal. Please, don't let your employees eat before handling the payment. Itmakes it feel like the entire restaurant is dirty and people don't wash their hands. And if they don't have the time to eat on abreak...then shame on Wendy's for not giving them a break.
