EXTREMELY impressed by Wingstop. This was my first time eating at this establishment and I tried there chicken sandwich. It was... tender all the way through the chicken patty with no inconsistencies, they sauced it up really well too and didn't chince youlike buffalo wild wings do, and to top it off they make there own ranch and blue cheese, the sauces were the biggest surprise tome, didn't expect to love them that much! The staff was great, the sauce for the mild wings was like water. Corporate needs to do a lot better. Probably the worse sauce... in the area. Gave two stars only because they cooked them ok and staff was good. Won?t go back unless I hear of new buffalosauce to try it was like literally dipping the wings in buffalo water. Read more
Sigh. Awesome wings and sides, terrible customer service on most Friday and Saturday nights (prime time). Cheat code, wait until... Sunday, late morning or early afternoon. I?ve never had issues on Sundays. Friday nights and Saturday nights are a hot mess 9/10times. Yes, you could go ?next door? to Il Forno. They always have solid customer service but their wing flavors all taste thesame, considerably fewer flavors, and there is nothing spicy ???? Always check your bag before you leave because despite theday the odds that they will forget SOMETHING in your order is high. Read more
I ordered from this establishment and waited about 50-60 minutes for my order to be delivered. The delivery driver didn?t state... he was out the or ring the door bell. No problem, got the food and realized it was wrong. I called, got placed on hold for about3-5 minutes, they made like they never had my order know they did because it was on my receipt. The girl forgot to muteherself. I hear them in the background and the manager stated that he made the order and I asked for hot it?s on the receipt.That?s when I informed them once again it says BBQ on the bag receipt and on my emailed receipt. Then the manager gets on thephone asking me what?s the issue, I explained to him and he told me he?ll remake the order, but would have to come to the storeto get it. I paid for delivery + the tip and wanted it sent back out. He stated they didn?t have any drivers and would have tocome to the store and that he didn?t have any drivers because the store doesn?t do actually drivers. We decided to call doordash even though we ordered through Wing Stops app. I come down to the store. He stated the wings will be ready when I gotthere. I stood at the counter for about 2-4 minutes with no greeting. I legit stood waiting for the manager for about 5-7additional minutes , because he was in the restroom. While inside the establishment I realize the person in the kitchen and thecashier didn?t know which orders were gone nor could they figure out people orders. I sat there looking at them. People orderswere incorrect. I saw another customer come in and check their order and it was incorrect. My order wasn?t even made when I gotthere. After waiting for over 15 minutes, the order is finally made. The manager did correct the issue and after meeting him inperson, he was better. Really cool dude, but the experience was crazy. I'm not picky when it comes to fast food by any means. I mean it's fast food...expectations should be lower. BUT Yuck! I wish I... had taken pictures. I've never had a bad experience here, except for occasional soggy fries...which isn't a big deal. But thelast order was a disaster. I only ordered 10 boneless wings with ranch, fries with cheese sauce, and rolls. Instead they sent 5chicken tenders that tasted like they were made 3 days ago, a bunch of little crunchy breaded pieces...I'm not sure what theywere...maybe they ran out of boneless wings and gave me the crumbs from the bottom...they were inedible. They tried sending themas '5 boneless wings' I suppose. But there were no actual chicken pieces. It was terrible. The fries were burnt and overcooked.They forgot the cheese sauce, the ranch had clumpy unknown pieces in it, and the rolls looked like someone vomited butter all ontop. Nothing was edible in this small order. We literally threw the whole order in the trash and ate cereal for dinner. It wassad. I dunno who was working that night but for the company's sake, I hope they were fired. After being a repeat customer, I'mhesitant to order from this location again. Terrible terrible experience. Great wings stop. They took very long for getting order done but I can understand they were short of staff. We tried their... garlic Parmesian and lemon garlic 10 pcs with fries and soda for 14.79. Wings were good and best part is their fries. Read more
Ordered Louisiana Rub. Waited 20 min and had to go behind the counter to get my bag because the staff was too busy to notice... someone was at the counter. When I got home and looked at my order I noticed I barely got any seasoning on my chicken. I wantedto drive back and request a refund, but I was too hungry. They did not include any sauce or asked if I wanted sauce. I usuallyget wings from the Gaithersburg Goshen store, but decided to try this location because it's closer. Won't return. Read more
Update: I was told that they cannot Process refunds at the store and was given the email address of the general manager,... Michelle Sheridan to request my refund. I have emailed her multiple times beginning the day of this incident, with no reply.Again demonstrating the poor customer service at this location. Half of my order was missing from my carry out order. I calledthe store and was offered to come pick up the food. Unfortunately I work and was not able to leave again. When I requested arefund for the food I didn?t get , they put me on hold for several minutes. I had to call back again and again they put me onhold for 15 minutes. When I tried to call back for the third time, they stopped answering the phone. Magically I called from myoffice phone and they answered. It was quite obvious the manager didn?t want to speak with me. Lillian was wonderful however,the customer service from manager, Daryl was horrible. Read more
