Silver Creek is always great food and a great atmosphere. We had a huge group of family and friends, they accommodated us and... served us well. The waiter with the star tattoo (so sorry I don't know his name) was extremely patient with such a large group.He was kind and took good care of us all. This place is awesome!! Super cool atmosphere, excellent service and dang good food. It was raining and they put up umbrellas... formus to sit outside with our pup. It was perfect. The schnitzel sandwich is fantastic, the sausages are delicious and tastelike family dinners growing up. Do yourself a favor and try the peach basil martini. Great music, great drinks, authentic german cuisine all in an excellent outdoor (or indoor) setting. We had the jalapeño... poppers which were decent and the jaeger schnitzel which was excellent. Delicious food, great service. Only negative is not many air conditioned areas to sit but there is a shady area out front to sit... and people watch while listening to live music. We had the Ruben Plate, the meat had an awesome flavor but was a little dry, anda Sausage Plate, my husband said it was delicious, much better than the one he got at the Fredericksburg Brewing Company.
