Came here Wednesday afternoon. Sent my hotdog back, overcooked. The carhops were extremely helpful and quick to address the... issue. Management brought a new one out short after. Took less than 2 minutes to receive my order. Burger was old. Could tell it wasn't made fresh.. yuck, couldn't even eat... it. Went back on 9/24/22. Same issue. Burger was inedible. Will continue to update this review each time I go Went on9/29/22 Burger was semi warm. Fries and mozzarella were on point this time and pipin hot! Decent overall experience. Went on10/20 Burger was cold. Couldn't eat it. Got a crispy tender dinner. Chicken was so overcooked couldn't eat it. Wasted money heretoday. Read more
Carhops are always nice so i always have to tip for the friendly service. Food is great and i love their large variety of... drinks, ice cream and shakes. Read more

Worst experience ever! Did not add onions to coneys as ordered, did not give forks to eat those coneys with and did not give... any of the marinara and ranch dips that come with items nor the ones they charged me extra for. All food was cold and tastedlike it had been sitting there waiting to be thrown in a bag and sent out to a car. Thrived to call them about it and they donot answer the phone. Garbage!!! Read more
Tonight was a small order. After they brought me the wrong one first, and mine to another car. They remade both of our orders as... we had touched them. Very promptly. And the cargo was curious, apologetic, and it wasnt even his fault. I gave him extra tip forbeing so kind. He deserved it. I usually have to wait a long time.
