After a morning of checking out the museum, we wanted somewhere quick to stop in and get a bite to eat. My husband and I both... got sandwiches that were a little different than what we would normally get, and both sandwiches were good, and so were thefries. My husband asked for hot sauce, expecting tabasco sauce or Frank's. What they brought out wasn't either of them. Ithink it's a house made hot sauce? Whatever it was, it was delicious. My husband loved it! The food and service were good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because it wasn't anything all that special for the price. It's not aplace I have to go back to if I'm ever in the area again. I realize it's a tourist area, so things are going to be moreexpensive, but the sandwiches were $13-$15 each for the ones we got, fries are not included, so it ends up being close to $20for a sandwich and fries. Add in drinks and it was probably the most expensive meal we had all week! Read more
We stopped in for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday. It was okay. No major complaints. The frozen lemonade was great. It looked... like they make their lemonade fresh in house. We only ordered the chicken strip meals. It was hot and fresh however the chickenand fries had a lot of a certain spice on them that could of been left off. We were recommended this place for lunch on a Wednesday around noon. There were plenty of guests, but we didn?t have to wait... long for a seat inside. We had two burgers and the Thai shrimp tacos. The burgers were ok, but a bit dry and over priced. Theone shrimp taco was ok, $6 per taco, but nothing special. Probably would skip this place on our next trip. Read more
Their Chili arbol salsa is to die for. The Carne asada tacos were phenomenal. The service was excellent and the beer was... affordable with a great local selection. Excellent value for the quality and experience you are getting. Read more
We were just passing through on our way west and happened to come across Tubby?s. We are so glad we did! The food and drink were... excellent. I ordered the grilled fish taco which was delicious. The fried cheese curds were a delight. The churros plus that hotcaramel sauce were? to die for! My partner has a food sensitivity to garlic and our server Zane took the extra time to checkwhich foods had garlic in it. The service was quick and friendly (thank you Zane!). The atmosphere was cozy and spacious withlots of outdoor seating. I liked that it was off of Main Street and had ample parking. We will definitely be back if we everpass through this area again. Food, drinks, and service were all wonderful! I didn't personally try to burger, but heard it was great. The Yucatan taco was... absolutely delicious and you could not go wrong with the cheese curds! I can't recall my exact cocktail, but it had raspberriesand they were so tart and fresh. Overall wonderful experience! Read more
