Ordered a plain bacon cheddar cheeseburger and got a cheddar cheeseburger with a salad in between the buns, no bacon. Also... ordered mozzarella sticks that didn't show up on the order. The server told me to pick up the order off the shelf AFTER it waspaid for, it wasn't there so I went back to ask her about it and she was gone. Saw the bag sitting on the shelf so I grabbed itand got yelled at because apparently she was supposed to hand me the bag. Showed her the receipt and still made it out to be asif I were in the wrong. Katie M was our Server and she was incredibly Awesome! Her ability to make us feel welcome was amazing. Friendly Courteous and... helpful in choices and special requests. If you have a way to give her a reward or benefit, she would be a great recipient of anincentive or bonus program. Please give her something nice ! I love coming here! The food is amazing, the service is quick and the atmosphere is so chill. I order the Cajun chicken and... shrimp with Broccoli & Mashed potatoes. It?s savory, tender and juicy! You will not regret it. Our bartender/server Morgan isalways so delightful. She always remembers our food and drink orders. I love her fun and personable spirit. She?s the reason Ilove coming here! We ate at this restaurant at 9/18/22 on a Sunday afternoon. We should have known what we were getting ourselves into once we... noticed the number of waitresses working (2) and waits we experienced getting our drinks, food, and check. Our time during thedining was a total of 2 hours, and with having 2 children, that's an eternity. The cherry on top was they charged our card NINETIMES. Never again will we eat here again. The food was awesome once you got seated. The waitress was super nice and patient. Only draw back was that we had to wait thirty... minutes to be seated because they only had one waitress. The endless boneless wings are the bomb especially the honey pepper. Read more
The food was tasteless and they took alot away on the menu. Not a lot of stuff to choose from. Hostess was rude because we... didn't want a table at the bar. We barely seen our witnesses. She kept forgetting stuff we asked for. The cherry on the sundaesthe hostesses started spraying sanitizer on the menus right next to our table. Getting all over my food. At that point I wasdone. I don't usually post. But I had to comment. I rated this a three only for the fact the the service was awesome. They were... prompt, kind ,helpful and made the place feel very welcoming. The food was absolutely awful!! Driving for hours on end it isalready hard to stop at these food places. Wanted something that was close to something we would eat at home I figured we stop.With Applebee's being our favorite I was so disappointed. My two girls didn't even finish a quarter of there food. Convincedthings are pre-made, it taste like they warmed it up in microwave. ????? we will definitely be eating more at home. And Irather snack on the road. Read more
I've been to Applebee's twice in the last few weeks. Haven't been there in years. Wings were great, bourbon chicken and shrimp... were great. I went for the second time for ribs. Bourbon chicken and shrimp was the better of the two. Excellent service at thislocation, and the other one I went to. Not real crowded for the weekend after Thanksgiving I figured it would be packed.
