Haven't been to an Arby's since the 80's. Mid errand run had my wife and I stop in here. Downloaded the app for discounts. The... staff at the counter were professional but they didn't know how to process the $3 off $10 app coupon which when redeemed in thestore shows up as a QR code that needs scanned. After some back & forth with the manager (?) "they had me covered" and our orderwas in. Discount was -$4.29!! Humm? Inside the restaurant was clean. The chicken ranch sandwiches were good as was the hushpuppy fish. Note: You get 3 small fish fingers, so as with most food advertising photos, it doesn't look like the picture. Irequested an additional tarter sauce and was told they are all out. You're serving fish. Humm? The kringle fries were marginaland lacked any taste. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like OMG, on point,awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) andprovide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitressnames, their abilities, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and youdon't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food. Read more
Food might have been good but how are you going to make me wait for a minute and half at the drive thru speaker when there are... literally no other cars in the drive thru or parking lot. 45 min after opening. Then it takes about 8-9 min to get our food atthe window. Very slow. Read more
It was Arby's it was good. But if you have sensitive ears don't eat in. All the kids that were working when I visited dropped... the F bomb like every other word. Rating based solely on employees un professional mouths! Read more
The staff was very friendly. The roast beef sandwich I had was a little skimpy on the meat and the fries crinkle cut and curly... had several pieces looking old that I had to put to the side. Bathroom and floor needs some scrubbing. Read more
Sorry guys but I was so busy eating my gyro, that I forgot to take a photo but the guys they're so nice that I ring the bell... because they deserve. My first time me in Arby's, yes go!
