Would have been more, but we sat there for 15 mins at the drive through speaker AFTER someone told me to hold on for a second.... The doors were locked by 8:26, so I had to drive around and let them know that there was a BIG line forming and I just had toleave my spot cause I was sitting there waiting for someone to come back..it got 3 cause the lady working the window was nice..but I had to get up at 4 am and and the only reason we stayed is cause I promised my kids Arby's before bed, she could haveoffered me at least a coupon or something...I think we will be driving to central park arbys from now on Read more
Yesterday I saw an employee with her BARE HANDS grab fries before they fell out the cup & put them into other cups. She also put... her BARE fingers into other cups to pull them apart for fries. I told a cashier when he came from the back. I believe he was amanager(black shirt) & his response was "I'm pretty sure she probably had on gloves". I didn't go in the restaurant to order,make up a story & then cancel my order. I don't benefit from any of this. I've literally never even wrote a review but I didn'tappreciate him telling me what he "probably thinks" instead of just throwing away those fries and cups because I ACTUALLY KNOWwhat happened & he doesn't. So for the sake of keeping the restaurant sanitary during monkey pox, covid and other bacteria, theappropriate response would've been to throw the contaminated items away instead of serving them to other guest. I'm in love with there Jamocha Shakes and I go there for this sweet treat several times a month just for those shakes in... particular!! Greatest shake EVER! Not all Arby's are this good with this good of customer service there's one in particular upoff Arlington rd that was very rude an ignorant I actually recorded the whole incident an have never been treated the way thoseworkers treated me and my fiance! The customer service here is Terrible! I understand the stress of working in the fast food industry and how unkind people can... be! However most of these employees are miserable all the time no matter how hard you try to be patient and pleasant! My familyand I get food here often as we pack the roast beef sandwiches for lunches. Almost every time we go someone is rolling theireyes, messing up your order and being flat out rude! Management help get your team together! Read more

The Philly steak n cheese, which isn't the only sandwich I've had here.... is lack luster. For a Sloan to be, "we have the... meats!" There wasn't much meat on my Philly steak. The service here is always good though ! Read more
