I ordered through DoorDash and this restaurant had an employee who initialed that they checked my order? but either didn?t and... is a liar OR is a total and complete idiot! We just dined at BWW at Southpoint and had the pleasure of having Kyra as our server. She is by far the best server we have ever... had in over 30+ years of dinning out. She is very upbeat, personable and a pleasure to chat with. We ask to speak with themanager Brandon to let him know how great she was and he was such a pleasure to speak with and very friendly. Ordered for pick up and it was nice that the food was ready 10 min. in advance. However, the fries were room temp, wings were... the same. Wings were overloaded with salt. Needless to say, waste of $40.00, not sure if I would try them again. Read more
Manager Brandon and our waitress were amazing. They handled our large group for a 21st bday celebration with no problem on... Saturday 5/21/22. The service was quick and just awesome. Brandon said they don?t take reservations but that he would definitelyaccommodate our party and he definitely did that. It was just amazing service and they deserve more then 5 stars. I was not sure how to rate my food experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The experience was both good and bad. First the good. Our... server,Terri, was great. And the bad, was not her fault, so I give her High rating. However the bad, the meal, for some reason,took a very long time to come to the table after we ordered. When the meal did arrive, instead of real Cutlery, the others atmy table we're given plastic fork and knife. Not real Cutlery. When the food did come, the other two at my table, we'resatisfied with their meal. However I was not. Even though the meal took a great amount of time to come to the table, my mealwas cold. I called Terri over, and she took my plate back to the kitchen. By the time my meal finally came, it was well past anhour. Terry was very apologetic. She saw in my face, that I was not pleased.
