I order 2 gallons of sweet tea every week! I usually go to the location in Central Park but it is closed! Went to your... location last Friday! Waited several minutes for my order (while others behind me were filled) everyone was gone and askedabout my order! The girl said oh she is getting it now-15 minutes later! Sunday I discovered one of the gallons had gonebad-last night I discovered the other gallon had gone bad! I have purchased tea at other locations that has lasted at least 2weeks! Obviously your not making new tea everyday! I won?t be back to this location again! Very poor service and quality offood! Read more

This place has gone down hill. For me that us. I can't talk for anyone else. Nuggets are never cooked the same. Over cook or... under cook. Been going here for over 5 years and is getti g worse. The parking lot is hell on earth. The drive thru makes it inpossible to get out of the parking area if you go in for food. I used to go here 2 or 3 times a week, now once or twice a month.Better check you food twice make so you have the correct order. More the once we keep getting the wrong order a d that's notgood 20 minutes later when you at the house pulling wrong food ou the bags. Chicken sandwiches are always cook correctly. Read more

Was having a anxious morning and because of it, I was not thinking all that straight. Order the incorrect item and didn't... notice until I got to the window. Ms. Monica at the pick up window was not only very friendly and gave me my first smile of themorning, she helped me without question. Thabk you Ms. Monica! Love it here! Always great service. We have a lot of options for chicken sandwiches any more, the only reason we go to Chick-fil-A is for the service and the waffle... fries, LOL. Unfortunately, our visit on Wednesday, Oct. 5 for lunch was a little lacking on the first one. The order takingfor our DINE IN went well. When did they stop giving the drinks at time of order? After standing there for a while, wefigured that the drinks would come with the food, and low and behold, they did. Along with all of our food in a BAG. Why in abag when we placed a DINE IN order? What a waste.... We dug through the bag looking for straws so I could get my first taste ofthe sweet brown nectar, and, to my surprise, there were none!!! No problem, be back in a flash.... or so I thought. I stood atthe counter and no less than three team members walked past me with out asking if I needed anything.... 3 minutes later, Ireturned to the table to explain to my eagerly awaiting family why they still had no straws. It was at this time I was informedthat there were no pickles on my sons chicken sandwich. What a tragedy! And my wife asked for me to get some yellow mustardfor her. Went back to the counter, still in search for some straws, now with the need to get some pickles and mustard. Stoodthere for another minute or so waiting to be acknowledged. Someone looked my way, and finally I was asked if I needed anything. I delivered my request, and walked back with the straws, pickles, but alas, no yellow mustard was to be found. It was verydisheartening to see so many workers swarming like busy bees at the drive though window and the online order desk, but verylittle attention given to the customers standing at the counter waiting for service. I was not the only dine in customer to nothave straws or to be walked past multiple times while standing at the side counter waiting to be helped for missing items orrefills. This store is always busy and has one of the strangest drive through configurations. Food is always fresh/warm. The staff is... well trained and the line keeps moving. I have only had one issue with my order when visiting The Burg. Not this stores issuebut the only negative is that my usual order the cost has gone up 40% during the pandemic. Read more

Let?s start off I was never greeted ! That?s a major deal when I spend my money . I got a hash brown chicken bowl with fruit on... the side . They didn?t give me fruit they gave me more hash browns smh I love the Stafford location better they never mess myorder up and They greet you . Read more
