Moderately clean. Food ok. Portions were tiny (my guess is due to inflation but barely even an USDA sized portion). My biggest... gripe is we?re almost 3 years away from the pandemic (1.5 years on the back side of it) and their play place is STILL closed.It?s being used as storage and the app doesn?t even state this. We would?ve picked a different restaurant if we?d been informed,as our local ones are open and we stopped during travel with 3 small children. We?ve been coming here for 4 years duringretailer travel and it just continues to decline across the board. It comes across as laziness to me as a customer. Definitelynot a winning CFA in my book. We arrived with a bus of approximately 25 people. There was adequate parking. A nice crosswalk, sidewalk and signs for... pedestrians to walk. There was special seating for employees. The ladies room was clean and had mouthwash! We were in and outin about 30 minutes!!! The only concern was the traffic when we exited to make a left hand turn. Asked for a spicy deluxe with pepper jack, got a regular deluxe with American cheese. Asked for my original sandwich which had... to be made again and got a regular deluxe with pepper jack instead. Snarky attitude from the employees. Last time I waste mytime here. Read more
Chick-fil-a Is the best. Where do they get such awesome and friendly employees?! They had to make a fresh batch of chicken... strips which involved a little bit of wait so we got a free brownie. Happy customers! Read more
This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. There was a water spill on the counter on both sides of the drink area and no... one would clean it up. There was water and trash all on the kitchen floor. We ordered our food to go because the diningroom wasa mess! The food was okay but this location need some help! Read more
This is the second time that I?ve had a poor customer service experience at this chick fil a. The first time they served me an... undercooked spicy chicken sandwich and then tried to argue with me that the chicken wasn?t raw even though it was obvious thatit was. The manager didn?t do anything but go in the back and ?talk to the cook.? This time I went and bought a meal and theycharged me for another vehicle?s food and my food. They charged my card close to $40 and they didn?t even apologize or give memy meal for free at the very least. Teach your management team some better customer service skills and make sure people knowwhat they?re doing. Read more
I rarely go to a Chick-fil-A and I'm dissatisfied. But this franchise just didn't hit the mark. The line is unorganized and it... takes quite a while to get to the window to pick up your food. So the efficiency and the ordering process and moving the line isnot there. Also once I did finally get my food the chicken nuggets just wasn't seasoned how I'm used to. It tasted like just abland fried piece of basic chicken. Highly disappointed and there's so many other Chick-fil-A on 95. Avoid this one. Read more
I don't care how long the line is, I always go. The lines move so smooth due to the extremely organized staff. Every fast food... restaurant should take notes on the deliverance. Absolutely amazing management. Read more
