Where do I even begin?? Terrible service overall. Food was not good for the prices they charge. In times like this where prices... are going up unfortunately service is going down. Thank you Chili's for the reminder. For over $20 a plate and get bad servicebest to eat at home or dine at 5 star restaurant. I knew I should of read the reviews before I ate here. Shame on me. The whole experience sucked. We went for my husband?s birthday. Menu items changed and so did prices. Service on fixing issues... was terrible. Manager seemed to not care. We left. Will not be back to that location for awhile if ever. Read more
The wait staff were very friendly. The kitchen was very slow. The long black hair on my son's plate was just gross. They... remade his meal but the damage was done. Do NOT eat at this Chili?s. I?ve been going to this location for a long time and typically had decent food. However, I ordered... takeout on Tuesday and two days later I was eating some leftover chips and found a raw piece of chicken in the bag. I called themanager to let them know what happened and was left with a response that they?ll ?look into it.? Manager was very unapologeticand unaccommodating, claiming they don?t prepare raw food near prepared food ready to be served. The lack of concern from themanager was appalling. Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, well done, salad and chili. Received 2 darn near raw burgers, buns that falling apart soggy,... barely cooked bacon, a dried out salad and chili that was microwaved so long the cheddar was like cardboard, same with theloaded fries. But at least the Caesar dressing was really good! Not good at all! Next time go to Burger King instead. Read more
