Where do I even begin?? Terrible service overall. Food was not good for the prices they charge. In times like this where prices... are going up unfortunately service is going down. Thank you Chili's for the reminder. For over $20 a plate and get bad servicebest to eat at home or dine at 5 star restaurant. I knew I should of read the reviews before I ate here. Shame on me. The whole experience sucked. We went for my husband?s birthday. Menu items changed and so did prices. Service on fixing issues... was terrible. Manager seemed to not care. We left. Will not be back to that location for awhile if ever. Read more
The wait staff were very friendly. The kitchen was very slow. The long black hair on my son's plate was just gross. They... remade his meal but the damage was done. The best part of it was being with my family, but I can do that anywhere. Probablywon't be back except for drinks with friends. Read more
Do NOT eat at this Chili?s. I?ve been going to this location for a long time and typically had decent food. However, I ordered... takeout on Tuesday and two days later I was eating some leftover chips and found a raw piece of chicken in the bag. I called themanager to let them know what happened and was left with a response that they?ll ?look into it.? Manager was very unapologeticand unaccommodating, claiming they don?t prepare raw food near prepared food ready to be served. The lack of concern from themanager was appalling. Y'all know Chili's is my favorite right? Not this Chili's. The service was awful and scattered. Food was cold. One of our... party didn't recieve her food until the rest of us were almost finished. Took over an hour. And our server got our order wrongand over charged me. Very disappointing. Won't return to this location again. Read more
Barely a two at best. My burger was way overdone, our fries and our fried pickles were swimming in oil. My wifes Chile was... also greasy. Our server came and took our order then never returned until we were completely done and ready to leave. She neverstopped to see if we needed anything (which my wife did) through our entire meal or brought out our food. The first time I went for lunch in April, had an awesome waitress and food was even better. Second time took family and the... food was bad. This last time was even worse. We went around 10 pm, staff was not friendly. Due to being avoided, asked for foodto go. Didn't get any of the side toppings that go with fajitas. She just put it to the back and didn't pack it up. Honestly shecould of just brought me a container to do myself. The most disappointing part was my chicken was white and chewy looking. Myhusband (who has worked in restaurants for over 15 years) told me it was microwaved in a bag, which is why it looked like that.Third time is a charm, won't go back. Read more
Ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, well done, salad and chili. Received 2 darn near raw burgers, buns that falling apart soggy,... barely cooked bacon, a dried out salad and chili that was microwaved so long the cheddar was like cardboard, same with theloaded fries. But at least the Caesar dressing was really good! Not good at all! Next time go to Burger King instead. Read more
