Worst takeout service ever. I don?t know what they are doing in the back but they certainly are not getting any of the to go... orders together. Don?t waste your time doing take out because they?re going to make 15 other meals for the people in line evenif you order 20 minutes beforehand. I received an order left on my doorstep, but the order was for a different address. I?ve never ordered Chipotle. I tried calling... the local store 6 times and no one ever answered. I called the National 800 number given on the website and after 15 minutes oftalking, they could not help me. An hour later and no answers or help. Someone is starving and no one answers the phone. Not only has the price of food skyrocketed beyond being a casual restaurant, I would rather pay $13 for my burrito at a sit down... Mexican restaurant, but the portions were so bad I had to ask for more rice so it looked like the employee at least tried. I donot blame the employees, they were fantastic at doing their jobs, but chipotle corporate better wise up if they want people tocontinue to dine here. Read more
Well chipotle lost out on $60 roughly today and a tip (I always tip a few dollars in the jar) for not being open for in-store... carryout. Imagine walking into a place and then having to walk back out to your car to order online when they are standing rightin front of you, visibly annoyed at your presence and can't just make your order. That's both chipotles in the area! Then havingto cancel the whole order because there's no way to get any salad dressing through the app unless you order a salad. Some of uslike the dressing on our burrito bowls too. I don't even mind paying extra for it, like we don't even get Chipotle without thatdressing or it's just not the same. It's so sad how downhill Chipotle has gone since I used to work for the company myself about13 years ago.. Read more
I ordered through the app at a different location and they were out out barbacoa so I sat there for 10 minutes getting a refund... from them. Then I made a second order to what I thought was this location, but I made a mistake and went to the wrong store. Iexplained all of this to the employee and she graciously asked her manager if they could make my order for me so I didn't haveto go to a third location. Usually we don't have a bad experience at Chipotle but this one takes the cake in the worst way possible. We stopped here for a... late dinner driving back home from a wedding. We got to the counter and were told that they were out of all kids meals, brownrice, all beans, guacamole, and lettuce.....OK, I understand that shortages happen and sometimes shipments get delayed,especially in this economy. I basically had a sour cream, chicken, rice and cheese...soup. The sour cream tasted rancid andevery bite of chicken was soft & undercooked. I ended up spitting out 80% of my bowl, hoping that each new bite of chicken wouldtaste better. Unfortunately all hopes were dashed. Husband got a keto steak bowl (or some semblance of one.) At first it tastedok, but the steak was cold, tasted "old" and he ended up tossing half of it in the garbage. When we asked for a refund thestaff told us they couldn't process it because the manager had left for the night. We could register a complaint but it "won'tget you no where." Read more
My husband ordered a burrito last night, for the first time in forever, because we normally don?t have a great experience at... this chipotle. He ordered a steak & chicken burrito, chips, and guac, which is what he always gets. He took the first bite ofguac and spit out right away, saying it tasted old and like it had gone bad (picture of it in the trash can). Then he startedeating the burrito, and once half way through, realized he still hadn?t even gotten a bite of meat... I kid you not, there weremaybe 2 bites of meat in there. The burrito was the smallest I have ever seen come out of a chipotle. I don?t know if it is aconstant w the brand, but it has just been on a constant decline for the last few years. Service was friendly but they seriously messed up the amount of jalapeno in everything, especially the guac. I couldn't finish... my meal, because it was so spicy. Read more
