Great creamery...happy to see they began offering plant based options. So far they only have chocolate plant based...once they... get vanilla as well, they will receive a 5 star review. Don?t get me wrong; I love the ice cream, but I don?t recommend ordering a custom cake there. It?s was my husband?s birthday,... and they spelled his name wrong. Not only that, but I ordered 5 days in advanced (you only require a 24 hour notice), and afterI made my order over the phone I called 2 hours later to make a few changes. The owner picked up, and he RUDELY told me hecannot make changes and the cake was already made. The cake was already made? I ordered this on a Monday and I was picking upfor Saturday, so they literally gave me a five day old cake. One medium brownie blast in a cup, one medium strawberry... combination in a waffle bowl, and one small waffle cone with banana and pecans. The small waffle cone is actually a goodportion. Some type of training needs to take place. My wife got us ice cream last week and when she walked in they had music playing loud... with profanities in the lyrics, this is a family store with little kids going in and out all the time. I went this week, one ofthe employees made my order wrong, with pecans which I?m allergic to, when I asked for almonds. Mistakes happen and I don?t mindbeing relaxed while making an order but if you can?t pay attention and you?re too distracted talking to another employee aboutnone work related matters, then I think please save the banter for when you?re not making an order.
