My husband and I stopped here to grab food on our way home and had a horrible experience. We sat in the drive thru for over 20... minutes waiting to order (there was only car in front of us ordering food and the other lane had 3 people who had placed theirorders within that timeframe), so he decided to park and go in. The cashier Daedrian had my order all wrong and when I told herthat it was wrong, she told the people in the back that I wanted to change my order. I had to make it very clear to her that Iwasn?t ?changing? my order, but that she rung it up incorrectly. The food was cold! The cheese on the chicken quesadilla wasn?tmelted at all, it looked like they threw the cheese on there and barely heated it enough for it to melt. My husband?s fries werecold. He had to go back in to ask for fresh fries and it still wasn?t good. His hamburger and hush puppies were cold as well. Wewill NEVER EVER go back to this Cookout ever again. Read more
Great place to grab a quick bite. Their special is called a tray and comes with a primary item and 2 sides. The sides and milk... shakes really make this place amazing. The choice of sides is crazy: fries, onion rings, corn dogs, quesadilla, cheese curds,hush puppies, and others I'm forgetting. The cheese burger quesadilla, cheese curds, and hush puppies are the best in myopinion. Don't forget to ask for bacon and cheese on your burger. Chili is also pretty good. They also have really good sweettea and crunchy chewing ice. And the prices are inexpensive. I've tried most of their sandwiches, and they're all pretty good. Read more
Super slow service, seems like they need better supervision, younger people struggling to take orders, and messing up orders.... Drive thru was super slow so I came inside and they still messed up my order. Wasted 25 mins on what was supposed to be fastfood. Never coming again. Read more

The food is great for what it is, quick service, mostly fried or easy to prep fast good. They have a great selection of food and... drinks at a very affordable price. If you need to feed a large family or just want a great tasting cheap bite, they are a solidoption. Their drivethrough works well and has two lanes to optimize efficiency. On a personal note, I'd say they are notstriving to be the healthiest restaurant in town, nor is that their goal, but I would like more or different sides or toppingsthat would allow those of us in the group who want to eat healthier to go with the group and still be able to have some goodoptions.
