The GM Sue at this location is probably one of the most unprofessional managers I?ve dealt with at any Dominos location.... Domino?s is the only pizza our family loves and has choosen to order over the past 30 years. This experience has been nothingbut shocking to us. Not only did they not honor our order over 2 hours ago they accused us of lying about ever placing a ordertoday. We have the 5 minute call we placed on our phone and the exact price we were quoted. I will never order from this store again . The driver was not polite at all . Even told my dogs to shut up. Then didn't even... said anything to me at all. I didn't had enough money to give out my normal tip . It's no reason to act that way at all . Plus Ihave a ring door bell camera. That's works great too it's this one driver did me in . The pizza is disgusting and the people working there have horrible customer service. Last time I ordered there my order was... wrong. They acted like it was a problem to fix the order and gave me a credit. I decided to give them another try today. When Iasked if my credit could be honored it took 4 employees to say no...because i got a medium pizza last time and this order wasfor a large. I guess applying the price of a medium to my order today would be too hard for them. Then they stood aroundmumbling under their breath to each other about it...like im just out running around trying to get free pizzas or somethingLOL...I usually don't write reviews like this but when I got home the pizza was NASTY!!!! Ordered 12/1 delivery took 2 hours and it was cold. When I called the store they were less than professional and I was hung up... on even though I was far more polite than they were during the conversation. I was offered a refund and they had to come backand pick up the food they did hours later. Still no refund as of today so I called to talk to the manager about it explained thesituation nicely and she never even apologized just waved it off like I was bothering her and told me to call back tomorrow. Iunderstand restaurants are short staffed and it?s stressful however there isn?t a reason for such poor customer service. It?s ashame because dominos is the only pizza my kids ever agree on but after this experience we won?t order from them again, I couldhave dealt with the food not being up to par but I won?t deal with the uncalled for attitudes and lack of professionalism. Constantly takes 1.5+ hours to complete the order. Can?t get anyone on the phone to confirm the order. I assume they must be... incredibly short-staffed and/or their staff doesn?t care. So this rating is for Dominos as a whole, pay your employees a livablewage and maybe you?ll have more of them and they?d be more inclined to do their job better. Read more
We ordered three pizzas, one with extra cheese and pepperoni, one with with extra cheese and roasted red peppers and a thin... crust with with extra cheese pepperoni. The regular crust one had no extra cheese and barely any pepperoni. The roasted redpepper one had extra cheese but barely any roasted red peppers (see the picture). The thin crust one had a decent amount ofpepperoni but barely any cheese, definately not extra... (see the picture). I called the store and they said to bring them backand they will look at them. Well its 8:00 at night, ten degrees outside, and I am not getting dressed again to take pizzas back.I ordered them cause we were late with dinner and i wanted something quick, not to make an all night project out of it. We ordered the day prior for a birthday party at Paragon, which is in the same strip mall as Dominos. The delivery time was... 2:30. The party ended at 3pm.
