Ordered pizza at 1230. It was done and being "inspected" at 1:13. It is STILL being expected at 2:09. I called 3x and nobody... will pick up the phone. The automated response says it's still waiting for pick up. So it's been sitting for an hour waiting tobe picked up ( and still waiting). My sons have already had to leave for work which is why i bought the darn things to send withthem. Last week, my order went thru twice and i called about 8x trying to get thru to make sure they only made one order and tocancel one of them on my credit card. They never answered, so they sent me 2 if the exact same orders. The pizza itself was ok,but the service is awful. You can never get anyone on the phone and it takes 2 hours to receive. If you don't have drivers, thendon't list 29 to 39 minute estimate. Read more
Very rude customer service, I got a burnt pizza and they said "they remember it not being burnt" and hung up immediately.
This is the saddest Italian sandwich I've ever seen and by far the worst Domino's location I've had food from. If 'Christopher'... makes your food, cancel your order. Even if they didn't personally make it, management is suppose to have their employeestrained to make food properly. The Italian sandwich is suppose to have the following: -14 slices pepperoni (mine had 3) -14slices ham (mine had 3 or 4) -3 slices of salami (mine had 2) -cheese, onions, green peppers, banana peppers (mine had little ofeach but ZERO banana peppers). Why in the world would anyone be happy with paying $7 for some sandwich bread with missingtoppings and 8 little bits of meat when there are suppose to be 31. Now even it was a little off number, that's fine, but Iliterally could barely taste anything. Our pizza was okay but even the toppings on that were scarce. We payed for two toppingsand it barely felt like 1. Stop cheating people of what they are paying for. You either need some serious retraining or shouldget a job where you can do your work right. The food was being prepped for a solid 20 minutes and it looked like it was made in10 seconds. You can still make food in a timely manner and make it properly. Do better. We've ordered from this location a fewtimes and although this was the worst experience we've had, we've never had a great experience either. Far below average foodand service compared to other stores. I didn't hear back from the survey I left so I had to put my opinion on here. Ordered a deluxe and was delivered the wrong pizza. Called them to have it fixed and was told it would be remade an delivered.... An hour later I called back to ask how much longer and they had no record of my call and had not remade it. Dominos quality hasbeen going down hill fast and now this is the final straw, will never get a pizza from them again. Read more
I am done with this dominos location. I had multiple delivery orders from this domino?s where either my pizza was smashed,... flipped upside down or the delivery driver has been disrespectful. My last driver got made because I didn?t have enough cash butgave him some extra for a tip including the change I had and he turned around and threw it at my front door. I called thedominos and spoke with the manager and all they had to say was we will have a talk with them. I live .8 miles and I orderbecause I don?t have a vehicle. Read more
Great service and food. I ordered a Brooklyn Style Extravaganzza with the Cheesy marinara dip with paremesean bread twists.... Everything was fresh and hot. I ordered it for delivery and I occasionally do curbside pick up. I've never had a problem withDominoes at the Courthouse Rd. location. Read more
Ordered two medium one topping pizzas, one pepperoni, one Buffalo. We got whats shown in the photo ??????????? How would anybody... in their right mind be able to have the stomach to stand this MUCH Buffalo sauce???? Tried calling the store and they just hungup the phone after we waited on hold. My husband and I were speechless when we opened the box and saw a literal PUDDLE on ourpizza. Please Domino?s. Do better! ???? Recently ordered $60 in pizza and bread and was extremely disappointed. Pizza bread was not cooked, hard and nasty. Pizza should... have had extra cheeses it didn?t, pizza dough was again uncooked. I order dominoes all the time but this location was horrible,we only ordered here by mistake and we will not make this mistake again. Read more
