This location is so hit or miss. I don?t usually take time to leave bad reviews but I just want to make sure people know that it... could take up to 15 minutes to receive 1 drink in the drive thru. Go to this location at your own risk. You might be there allday. Read more
So I NEVER MAKE REVIEWS. This is the Dunkin that I consistently go to since I?ve moved here, and I ordered what I usually do. A... medium iced coffee with oat milk and liquid cane sugar. I get handed out a medium with cream, I tell her that I had ordered withoat milk, she?s like oh shoot pull up a little bit and we will walk it out to you. I pull up, another girl walked out with anattitude, and handed me the same exact coffee they tried to already give me. I?m lactose intolerant. She walked away before Icould say anything. So I took it. But dang I was polite and everything. And got rudeness back. I would have understood if theyexplained, but regardless the encounter was unprofessional and unbecoming of what I thought was a great Dunkin. Read more
Placed an order online, arrived and was told that they didn't have any of the donuts I ordered. Pull up to the window and ask... for a refund and was told that wasn't an option. Gave me a dozen of donuts while the ones I wanted where visible thru thewindow. Read more
Consistently gets my order correct, lots of nice people there. The wait during peak hours when the out of state plates are... going thru drive thru for their $20 custom Avacado toast has never sat well with anyone naturally, but they've always done rightby me, the outside isn't dirty or sticky smelling. Bathroom is always clean (Used x4). ***Be advised*** The location is set ina location that has traffic coming from multiple angles and directions with blind spots. Nice girl with piercings/tattoos at drive through was so helpful, my drink was made wrong and she remade it for me quickly... without any hassle. It was delicious and she was very sweet. Will definitely be visiting again. Read more

By far the worst location in the area. A few weeks ago, I placed an order on the app and was charged twice for it and the order... never actually went through. I get to the store hoping to be assisted in sorting out the error, only for the employee at thecounter to tell me there?s nothing at all she can do. Didn?t even apologize. All of the employees I have interacted with hereare rude. I tried to give them another chance today, and have been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I tried to get outand go in the store to pick up my order, and the front door is locked. When I FINALLY got to the window and told the employeeshe says ?Yeah, there?s only a few of us in here working.? Maybe write a note to put on the door? I worked in customer servicefor years and am super patient always with those in the industry, but I cannot wait for them to open up the new Starbucks onCourthouse Rd so I never have to deal with this Dunkin again.
